Yep, I can see that when the current level was reached, even multi-million share trades aren't shifting the price one way or the other which looks odd.

Will just have to keep waiting and watching for the next signs. I see James Sowerby thinks news is due soon if you've seen his LinkedIn post.

Any 'rogue' buys are being eliminated in quick time.Weshop have gone into ' silent mode' and that usually indicates an announcement is imminent regarding launch..Not long now

0.08p to 0.25p was pretty good action to be honest but very few even noticed. .Looks like they are getting away with it quite easy with the herd not realising what is happening.

Can't say with any certainty about warrants. Just speculating.

I'm not clued up on the Xantus/HS share swap side of things. Would appreciate any info/link if it's out there.

Still think that Weshop are accumulating though. I wouldn't be surprised if we got another Hambro TR1 showing a drop in their holding as their shares are transferred.

There's definitely something happening behind the scenes. What it is exactly is beyond me though. Hoping for an RTO. Also hoping that we're not excluded from the action.

Definitely agree that there's a share transfer going on. No idea how many parties involved. Could warrant shares be being transferred at pre-agreed prices? Would explain why there's no shift in the share price and large delayed trades.

Someone or party is buying 100's of Millions on the open market probably into multiple accounts to avoid any TR-1 requirements. A lot of stock has been bought recently and cant have much more to go from Xantus and Harry Sutherland. The last share swap and previous placings took them below the 3% reporting level. .All looking very interesting and imminent.Massive amount of stock tied up of the record

Presumed it would be Weshop directors via a an arm's length 3rd party, i.e. the directors aren't yet holding them otherwise we would have had more TR1s.

Weshop's company sectretary is Kitwell Administration. Kitwell is also the administrator for Annexe IT Management and one of their directors is...Hambro Bruetcher, holder of a substantial chunk of TSI stock.
