Sit patiently as only 10.6% of the shares are on market. TAO UK Limited could buy out the remaining shares quite cheaply. It would be easier for them to accept a bid later without the baggage of personal investors with very small holdings.

Nice spike again. But you only have to look at the chart at the top of the page to see that whenever it spikes up it always comes down just as quick. Skill here is buying at the bottom, waiting for the spike, then selling, repeat and rinse. Buying the spike itself is risky. Unless you are a rare breed these days, an investor, in which case buy and hold. I think this will only go up and stay there once some really positive news about the fundamentals comes out. Results are tomorrow and I'm not expecting anything great yet. As for the sale or contracts, I'm not expecting any news on those tomorrow because that would come when available, not held back. Probably just see something in the CEO statement about 'looking at options' etc.. Aimho, dyor, etc...

Pranchalee - if you look at the accounts end of year and q1 compared to 2012 then it's not as great as ppl make out. As soon as the half year report shows loss for the first 6months and less cash than this time last year the market won't like it. If this company had fully recovered it would've been over 1.5p months ago. Don't get me wrong most posters here are in at a lower price than today and hence safe as I cannot see this going sub 0.60 again. But it will not be until 2014 when more contracts are won and the revenue is fully recognised. Even the 2 contracts this year mention 2013/2014. Not saying sell just saying new investors be cautious and don't fall into the trap of buying over 1p unless you are comfortable holding for another 12-15 months.

Good thing with TPS now is we have seen them slashing losses in Q1 already! and since then more good contracts I expect Q2 to be even better ..they have an aggressive stance to turn around and VSE is appointed their executive as an executive on TPS..Big changes happening on TPS talk of regional manufacturing outside the UK with resolutions expected to be passed by mid 2013.
loads of turnaround happenings starting and if investors investigate they can see that.

i am not trying to take this down! i am just saying i do not think there will be any news before mid august and that the share price will drift until a week before then. That is not taking it down, it is just an honest view. I have already said this is guaranteed to be over 1p very soon, so any investors who have a long term view should invest now and tmrw and next week. All i am saying is that I want to top up at a lower price.

why don't investors see what the mms are playing this few days ? sure a blind man would see whats happening .

mm's have upped the published offer to make buys look like sells again. real offer is still 0.65p. pathetic games. if all buys were showing as buys then more would buy and the mm's can't have that when they have no shares. so they're trying to subdue demand. another classic case of mm's trying to control investors/punters, when it should be the other way round. good news tho' if people can see past the games and start buying en masse. mm's will run a mile imho.

This must be a vote of confidence if TPS customers are wanting them to set up manufacturing in those countrys. They arnt going to take you come in to a massive country like Brazil and then sit look at you from far away.
If you look into how Brazil is updating its whole infrastructure ,its flippin massive!!
Ive quite a few mln of these gathered and im still buying everytime I have available money.
You Market Makers have been playing games this couple of days beause you are so short of stock that if it rises you don't have enough and if you drop it theres a hell of a lot of investors going to pile in.
This week should be interesting imho

I know i know ,but it does make me so confident in TPS that they are involved with big noises ...you got to think about the contract size and time here investors.
