Tufton Principals Increase Shareholdings

 

 

The Company notes that Andrew Hampson and Nicolas Tirogalas have together acquired an additional 250,064 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company after the RNS announcement of 17 January 2024. Tufton Shareholders* now hold directly or beneficially 11,944,702 shares compared with 11,210,831 shares as at 30 June 2023. Tufton Shareholders now hold 4.1% of the issued share capital in the Company compared with 3.7% as at 30 June 2023.
