The Board of TSE is pleased to announce that it's wholly owned subsidiary, TSE

This new Turkish expansion is geared towards supporting the Turkish government

If i remember correctly these were a nightmare to get hold of after re-listing. you can at present buy a decent quantity for 0.75p. I expect we will get contract news shortly and with there being a limited number in PIs hands this could multi bag pretty fast.

TSE Consulting was founded in 2001 with the purpose of forming a consulting firm completely focused on sport. The basic idea was to introduce management thinking and tools to sports organisations in order for these organisations to become more valuable partners for private and public organisations.

We soon built up a solid reputation within the international sports world. This platform enabled us to provide sports organisations, as well as the public sector, with advice related to the development of international sports strategies and the bidding for and hosting of major sports events.

Through rapid growth, TSE is now established with offices in Lausanne (head office), London, Copenhagen, Indianapolis, Johannesburg, Bahrain and Beijing."

TSE Consulting, with its great understanding of the world of international sports, offers consulting services to cities and countries and consulting and training services for sports organisations and the commercial sector.

TSE Group PLC Approved by Shareholders

Business - Following the announcement in July of the proposed takeover of TSE Consulting SA, the international sports consultancy, by Sandford plc, shareholders yesterday formally approved the acquisition at an Extraordinary General Meeting held in London. As a result of this transaction, Sandford plc has now changed its name to TSE Group plc.

TSE Group plc is listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. The group aims to become the worldwide leading provider of sports events consultancy services. TSE Consulting's founding Directors Lars Haue-Pedersen and Robin Courage have been appointed Executive Directors of TSE Group plc and will be jointly responsible for driving the strategy of the new group.

As a consequence of this, the company has launched a new website and an official logo for the new group.

TSE Group plc will, through increased organic growth and acquisitions over the coming years, become a vertically integrated group of specialised companies providing high level consultancy services to governments and organising committees assisting them with researching, bidding, planning, organising and evaluating major sports events. The successful Swiss based TSE Consulting SA is the platform upon which the rest of TSE Group plc will be based.

Chief Executive Officer, TSE Group plc, Robin Courage, said:

"With the approved name change and acquisition of TSE Consulting SA, TSE Group plc has been officially created. We can now start to focus on building this new group of companies through the development of our strategy of integrating what is currently a diverse and fragmented marketplace into one vertically integrated group. We are currently examining options throughout the market for future acquisitions amongst companies considered as the worldwide leading providers of services within this area. TSE Group plc is committed to offering the complete range of services for governments and organising committees involved in major sports events".
