Transaction in own shares

 

Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 8 November 2024, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 11 September 2024 (the "Buyback Programme").

Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased:	50,000
Lowest price paid per share (GBp):	258.00
Highest price paid per share (GBp):	261.50
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp):	260.38

Trustpilot intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.

Since 11 September 2024, the Company has purchased 4,029,599 Ordinary Shares for cancellation, at a cost (excluding dealing and associated costs) of ~£9,419,675.
