Transaction in own shares

 

Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 4 November 2024, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg"), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme announced on 11 September 2024 (the "Buyback Programme").

Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased:	100,000
Lowest price paid per share (GBp):	248.50
Highest price paid per share (GBp):	251.00
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp):	250.11

Trustpilot intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.

Since 11 September 2024, the Company has purchased 3,737,400 Ordinary Shares for cancellation, at a cost (excluding dealing and associated costs) of ~£8,669,891.
