NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board of Tritax EuroBox plc (tickers: EBOX (Sterling), BOXE (Euro)) announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 14 February 2024 at 10.00 am at Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available at the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism :

   1.   Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting; 
   2.   Form of Proxy; and 
   3.   2023 Annual Report.
