The Company notes that, as announced by Digital 9 Infrastructure plc ("DGI9"), Keith Mansfield, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of DGI9 following its admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 31 March 2021. Keith has also been appointed as Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee chair of DGI9.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, there is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.14R.
