H1 results:



NAV of 94.5p thanks to high charges (1.16%) and an unearned 2p dividend earlier this year. Only advantage seems to be concentration into loan investments reducing risk, but also capping returns.

Not invested here. Prefer SEIT by far, which seems to have much better prospects.

First set of results, about six months:



Investments to date appear to be secured loans, ie. safety.
Very slow deployment, but maybe they're picking up now.
Paying a 2p dividend out of negative operating cash flows.
Share price seems to be optimistic.

Hi Jonwig - Have you found much detail about this new IT. Even on their website, apart from the prospectus there aren't any presentations. I'm trying to distinguish it from SEIT but both seem to occupy the same space and target the same returns to shareholders
