Results of the Class Meetings of A and B Class Shareholders

At class meetings of the A and B Class Shareholders convened for 21 November 2018 and adjourned until today, the resolution as set out in each of the notices of the class meetings dated 14 September 2018 (the "Resolutions") was passed with the requisite majority.
