What gets me and will always amaze me about the AIM is you get some shares going up 35% that are shells with assets of 300k and a MC the same as TPJ 1.3m.....look at RLH,yes up 35% with 300k in bank and no assets and the same MC, TPJ has 2m cash and assets worth more than MC and here we are with the same MC as a shell company with 300k in the bank and no assets......one day some astute investors will jump on this and the ride will begin....don't get me wrong good luck to all the RLH holders but sometimes logic does prevail!!!

What i like about this share is the fact that people are buying these shares, we had the Fox family buying upto 4% of the company from July 13 to September 13, then Alan John Fairless has been buying up to 15m shares also 4%, then you have Patrick Gorman stepping up from advisory and holding 600k shares....then you look at the cash they have with the 750k and the 200k in escrow and the cash at the end of September 1.154m that's 2.1m....their main asset seems to be the Newcrest assets where they hope to find a large gold deposit of 3 to 5m ounce of gold TPJ would own 10.3% of this...with a MC of 1.2m and whats been going on over the last 6 months i have a gut feeling this will turn soon....when you get investors buying in any company it's always a good sign...here's to over 1p soon, GLA!!

Another 500k buy, and the offer gone up now....i know that a few investors in my club were going to take up positions here, Friday 500k and today another 500k, we have also had a sell of 250k @ 0.35p...when i see them this week i will ask if they have bought yet, when this was the old Vane min peeps seemed very excited about their assets but things have cooled down a bit, things have changed they have lots of cash and the assets are still there....not long before the herd gets here.

Mining Maven have probably overlooked - A further cash call for work undertaken at the JV project for the quarter period ending 31 December 2012 is expected in due course.

However, the stock that offered the dreams for a sensible punt,is certainly
not finished yet and Tony Shearer is at least a deal maker.
So maybe when He is sure that OMI is back on track, this may get his full attention.

He may indeed pull off a "Lenigas reversal"into this, yet of course it would
be nice to know just what assistance Newmont will be offering, with their acreage.

As our biggest investor they did suggest they would help with plans to
ensure continued development.

The Fed have ensured we wont see Gold at $2000 oz this year, based on Trashed Fools Gold Paper Contracts, yet lets hope TPJ are around for when we just might.

Meanwhile others continue to pile up Physical Gold, and the Chinese are still
short of a few thousand tonnes if they wish to meet their targets over the
next few years.

If Newmont,as our largest Investor, truly have no further plans for drilling,
then assumedly they could consider parcelling the whole lot up for agreed terms
with any JV Partner TPJ may attract- for such a circumstance.

That way Newmont wash their hands of it,tidy up the books and get something back, with no doubt some residual clause for any future success.

Could Newcrest become even further involved and become our Largest shareholder?

My reservation is- that in reality they or anyone could probably take the lot now for 2p -if Newmont agreed to sell.

Whilst there is cash, there is life, and where there is life, there is hope.

I haven`t a clue of course.

There is 2 way traffic with the Games between Newmont & TPJ.

TPJ has an undilutable 25% which "could" be worth a fortune from what
Newmont knows they simply have to keep drilling whilst the carrot for them
still remains the possibility of $billions of Gold and or Copper which they know full well.

That is why they have to keep up their stake in TPJ as they certainly don`t want anyone else sitting on their shoulder.

Whilst it`s all conjecture,it could also remain a possibility that TPJ could
sell their % of deals with Newcrest and Barrick- to Newcrest or Barrick,as that
could be tempting for them.

That would leave TPJ with 1 roll of the dice ,yet putting the wind up Newmont
that they can last the course.

That is one big roll that could still pay off,as whilst Newmont could simply
play delaying tactics, that is not really in their best interests,as their own
investors must also frustratingly wonder whether there is another Monster
resource at their feet.

Games within games

If Barrick get off the fence, then the percentages go ballistic, and Newmont
will be watching that space,as its fairly inconceivable that there isn`t
a big deposit of Gold and or Copper in all these "particular" acreages.

Lol,

Over the many years,John teeling has made investors a lot of money, and
also lost for some, depending when the investors backed some of His enterprises
and which ones.

There could be a risk now that Newmont may think investors here would this
time accept a low bid-albeit well above the current price.

If there is any truth in market events for Gold come January, whereby more
Banks & pension funds etc will be encouraged to hold Gold, then just maybe
the window of opportunity would close for Newmont.

A shame about the Newcrest results as anything positive could have forced their hand, yet plenty more drilling to come,so investors or punters, will sell and buy
for some time yet.

Newmont would have to hope that there is no good
news from Newcrest,as they wouldn`t consider any approach
beforehand knowing that Management wouldn`t budge with that
as of yet -unknown.
Simply because good news from Newcrest could change any figure to
be discussed.

Negative news from Newcrest and a decent opportunistic offer of
a price that would "have to" be made known to all investors, could
swing it.

Let`s hope not,yet there will always be those that - hope so.
