13/12/2016 20:43 | if this was an online retailer what would the shares be trading multiples of pounds ! | s34icknote
13/12/2016 18:41 | PJ1: I think you misunderstand. I am all in favour of a share going up 200% OVER A YEAR OR TWO YEARS... But going up 200% in a week, only to see it come back down again is not something any investor wants - surely??? A rise on good results, news, trading statements is what I want - spread over a couple of years, Look at BooHoo recently - that was a nice ride up ! | netcurtains
13/12/2016 11:15 | Hi spooky, Not recently. I try to keep track of a number of shares and buy in and out as determined by chart pattern and other factors. Tight stop losses. Not worried about admitting a mistake, or having to sometimes buy back at a higher price. I'm really into chart based trading at the moment, so like to keep the capital moving and build up real time experience. I set targets. When they are reached I sell, unless the view changes on the way. | bamboo2
13/12/2016 11:08 | Hi pj I'm relaxed here ?It's just sometimes very quiet here at times . Some days with no trades so here's some excitement when there's a bit of volume . Just trying to drum up some interest in the stock which I think is a little overlooked .Sicknote | s34icknote
13/12/2016 10:59 | bamboo2, ever thought of occasionally buying and holding? | spooky
13/12/2016 10:54 | PJ1, seems to have done the trick! I know what you mean about post volume and content, but at the same time not sure I can see the harm. I bought back in yesterday and have a minimum flag target of approx 69.5 | bamboo2
13/12/2016 08:58 | Some permies, I guess, will have old stock options going back to about 15p or so. Its Christmas, young families etc etc...I think we will get some of these every now and again. But on the other hand we do not want a "rocket ship" stock as its impossible to judge buy and sell points. Its miles better for investors if a stock goes up gently a few percent each month as new orders, news, updates drip through. We know for certain Triad have a pile of cash and its getting bigger. Most likely they will get more staff, tender for more web sites, and organically grow. I was looking at Triads and Parties history - both, when they took off were valued almost into the billions.... If Triad takes off again (and it looks like it might) over the coming year or two, we could be laughing all the way to retirement to a villa in the Pyrenees (brexit (boo hiss, second referendum now!) permitting). | netcurtains
13/12/2016 07:43 | Sell or buy ?May be why we are being held back ? | s34icknote

12/12/2016 16:53 | ...be nice to have a big buy to finish the day! | netcurtains
12/12/2016 16:28 | Pushing to 64p close ? | s34icknote
12/12/2016 15:40 | Hi chrisatom: I noticed this on the Parity (PTY) board: " fillipe, :) We had a T/U on the 16th December last year so not long to wait - either way we should at least have some clarity. GLA " If parity issue a trading update that says "doing well" that would also be nice for us too (I guess). | netcurtains
12/12/2016 13:02 | Bought in at 63p this morning, been monitoring since 40p mark and the rise had been impressive with what looks like plenty more to come. | chrisatom
12/12/2016 09:10 | Larger trades going through today and Friday .65p paid | s34icknote
12/12/2016 08:46 | Early birds got the last at 62p Reckon the stock is in short supply now .Needs new sellers to keep this down .Hopefully they have already sold . | s34icknote

11/12/2016 07:55 | 70000 buys on Friday A repeat Monday with no sellars and this will start to soar ! | s34icknote
10/12/2016 13:25 | ....however something could be about to change... These are triad's offices Could be interesting times! | netcurtains
10/12/2016 12:38 | It all depends on the costs of doing what they do with the same penetration and building something themselves as opposed to buying. What they do is not rocket science so in my opinion limited upside beyond £1 at least for the time being. Happy with that though. I held my stocks for three years in FFY and intend to do the same here and it is only been a year. | red army
10/12/2016 10:56 | What take a 200 p offer That's twenty times current earnings I will sit tight fir twenty times 2018 earnings ? 300p ?Living the dream ! | s34icknote
10/12/2016 09:24 | Judging by the Sky and Fyffes bids from foreign companies there appears be a "cheapness" of our profitable companies to foreigners due to currency differences. This, to some extent , has already been factored into the prices of FTSE 100 companies but these currency differences will take at least a year to trickle all the way down to the small companies... We think Triad should be trading at about £1-£1.20 but perhaps it should be 20% higher than that even (due to fall in pound). Triad has just TWO very large share holders. I'm sure they have a price that they would sell at and clearly its no where near £1 - but what about if they were offered £2 by a foreign company? Perhaps we should start thinking a bit bigger? Once an IT company starts making money it can sometimes expand really fast because all they need to do is recruit more people (with the dosh they have in the bank), they already have a huge office (see results) with empty desks - they could, theoretically double in size more or less over night. | netcurtains
09/12/2016 18:39 | This could start to move on Monday catch up with rest of market. | s34icknote |
