26/6/2021 18:01 | Roll on a year or so, and look at what position he holds today . | sunshine today
26/6/2021 17:59 | That chap previously worked for the same company as TRD has/ is working with, namely: RES Implementation of workpoint 365. | sunshine today
26/6/2021 17:56 | More research on Workpoint 365 that my also produce an income stream. This company partnered with TRD in February 21. | sunshine today
26/6/2021 17:54 | They are my own, based on all public available data. So far, they have been beaten, £500,000 for 2020 - 2021 came in at £600,000, £700,000 after tax. I have no more idea than yourself, regarding orders and sales, that said lots of clues can be found in the accounts just out. We don’t know if clients for Blockchain are ongoing but my forecasts only predict £500,000 in this years second half. That said, Stratis received Millions of funding and more promised over the next two years, TRD are their delivery partner. | sunshine today
26/6/2021 17:49 | I think the main shareholder is in his 70s. This means he might or might not want to sell up. This might or might not mean a takeover at some point. Or it might not. There is also the whole tax side that the main shareholder would have to consider. Looks like he became a director of a company in 1983. If he was in his 30s then he be in his 70s now. I dont know his exact age but he might be about 75 or 76? | netcurtains
26/6/2021 17:46 | I found this on the web site In partnership with Stratis, an enterprise blockchain technology company, Triad is committed to developing and delivering blockchain-based solutions. Our consultants have already worked on a number of blockchain projects. Reading on some more they seem to have been working on the new tech with many company's to refine the finished product.so i would presume they have potential customers ready and waiting. The hard part for new investors is working out how much revenue can be won. | patient fox
26/6/2021 17:30 | how did you get your forward est for revenue's?.Are clients of triad or Stratis Group already in place for the new blockchain tech or will new customers have to be won. | patient fox
26/6/2021 15:31 | PE today is 25.7 That’s for the second half year, as no profit made in the first half . So the PE is half that if profits from the second half are maintained. That = PE of 13. However, deduct the cash and the real PE is nearer 10. If TRD make the £2M this year and you discount the cash the PE is ITRO 6. That could easily get to 18 plus as investors warm to very fast growth. The sector trades on a PE over 40 right now. Don’t forget, if the business ever gets sold, the price would be X: plus the nett cash on the books. | sunshine today
26/6/2021 15:06 | Blockchain is the most interesting part of the company’s business, because of its partners (STRATIS) direct links to Microsoft, C # .NET. The partnership should provide BAAS which has recurring revenues. It is these that can see a share go up very substantial from a low base. I value £1M of recurring nett revenues at £25M to £50M. | sunshine today
26/6/2021 15:00 | Good luck: The city has yet to Cotton on. TRD are dumping low margin income,in favour of high margin consultants working directly for them. ( not sub contract ). They are also expanding into IOT, Robotics and Blockchain. Knock off the cash and the shares are extremely cheap. Plus as you mention at some stage this company will no doubt see some corporate action. It has a rare premium listing for such a low cap stock. | sunshine today
26/6/2021 14:03 | Yes the seeing is the problem here especially with limited forecasts.I myself aim to double my money by full year results. The director buying the amount he did higher than my average gives me much confidence.Plus take into account his age and how illiquid the stock is if he wanted to sell,he must know were this business is heading.Higher second half margins plus the cash buffer i have made this my second largest holding.I see blockchain as a bonus because i like a lot of old school investors i dont know much about it to be fair. | patient fox
26/6/2021 13:18 | That, in my view depends on the projected profit the following year. I’ve pencilled in £4.7M including blockchain that I believe will be in gear by then. The PE Only jumps when others can see the growth trend. Please read my header post | sunshine today
26/6/2021 12:56 | As a stand alone business and ignoring its peers, what in your view would be a fair p.e ratio for triad if 2m profits are made from full year earnings. Not including blockchain just traditional business?. | patient fox
26/6/2021 12:25 | Jobs at Triad As a new Triad consultant, you will join an established team of c. 60 fee-earning consultants who specialise in Agile Coaching, Delivery Management, Business Analysis and Software Development. We are investing heavily in our core capabilities and are looking to hire individuals into key positions to grow with us and shape our future capability. //////////////////// Growth is NOT priced in the share price. | sunshine today
26/6/2021 12:19 | You have an interview with Westcoast ltd, and TRD telling us how well the upgrade is going at Westcoast. Personally I don’t think we could ask for much more. Plus the contract appears to run at least the length of TRD”S first half. ( maybe into the second half ). | sunshine today
26/6/2021 11:48 | All sounds promising, ST. Westcoast used to be shirt sponsors (early 2000’s) for Reading Football Club. Their HQ is based in Theale, near Reading, which is not so very far from Triad’s Godalming base. | bones
26/6/2021 09:03 | Good morning : Published date: 07/06/2021 13:34 "Westcoast are the biggest distributor for every single one of our vendors, and yet we don't distribute most of the vendors that other big names do" This morning, it was announced that Westcoast have been recognised as the number one IT Distributor in the UK, by CRN. We are delighted to be recognised against such huge global players and this is a fantastic achievement for the whole Westcoast Ltd team. In a recent interview Alex spoke about the trend among resellers to pursue more of an MSP mode - with resellers focusing on managing IT on behalf of customers - as well as plans to open up a new German warehouse. | sunshine today
25/6/2021 15:18 | Net, this seems to me a classic case of speculative buyers earlier in the year punting on the blockchain narrative when that was all the rage, those punters selling out on the final results (some maybe realising that Triad is actually a consultancy firm rather than a “coin” merchant). The share price should not have wilted on these results. Every metric has improved dramatically: - gross margins way up (very key to Triad) - migration to higher spec tech-related assignments and projects (including blockchain) - clearly in favour at the government level for its public sector work - intense cost saving above the bottom line - dividend resumption with plenty of headroom to increase that (maybe a 2p divi at the interim stage in November?). Overlaying these factors are the anecdotal points of strong director buying at 116p and 140p and the confidence that the company is expressing by taking on large numbers of employee consultants. They cannot be anticipating a drop off in work anytime soon. | bones
25/6/2021 14:46 | Good buys. You must have been counting the shares. I was sort of thinking the MMs must have been a bit short of stock but could not work out if the £22k trade a few days back was a buy of sell. It must have been a buy. | netcurtains
25/6/2021 14:15 | I just made my last buy at 105 as well looks very very cheap and under the radar. | patient fox
25/6/2021 14:08 | Didn’t get the 101 but took 10k @ 105p. Last of the cheapies possibly? | bones
25/6/2021 09:18 | I guess Triad proves there is no obvious short term correlation between the price the last director buys and the the share price. Director last bought at £1.45 (only few months ago) Price now (to buy) £1.01 | netcurtains
24/6/2021 16:16 | Stratis Blockchain as a Service does NOT require FCA registration. Now this is huge, because 98% of cryptocurrency companies have temporary registration but only a cupful have full registration. It’s a massive layer of red tape that can be bypassed. | sunshine today
24/6/2021 16:08 | Chris : Stratis this morning: “In terms of the business applicability of blockchain and use case development, things have moved fast.” Next week Stratis will issue new 6 month roadmap. | sunshine today |
