Posted at 07/11/2024 16:06 by poppa wobbler Some strange trades today! Hopefully, the investor who paid 357p for their 2,000 shares at market open this morning, won't have to wait too long to make a profit ..... |
Posted at 30/9/2024 11:18 by netcurtains I'm guessing if results are expected to be good one or two ex-investors (and new investors) might buy a few before the expected results (which I think are in November). |
Posted at 19/9/2024 09:17 by netcurtains "....will not be disappointed"Does mean the FORWARD STATEMENT has to be good (that is the ground zero)... Well unless... Unless he means massive dividend rise or something... It depends on what TYPE of investor: A dividend investor or growth investor.. |
Posted at 19/9/2024 09:13 by gleach23 "We will produce the results for the first half of the current year as soon as possible, for intended publication in November. I am absolutely confident that investors will not be disappointed."Given this comment by John Rigg in last month's AGM statement, it'll be interesting to observe the share price behaviour over the next couple of months in the run up to results. It implies he knows what expectations investors have which is debatable but if he's right then one would anticipate either an imminent strengthening of the share price or a wait and see approach with a positive subsequent reaction. |
Posted at 03/9/2024 12:02 by cjpaul I am sure Net. Could I ask what you or other seasoned investors think where the share price is likely to be in 6-12 months? I suspect I am heavily invested here and may want to top slice but not sure when would be the best time. Thanks |
Posted at 03/9/2024 11:19 by netcurtains I can safely say"I am absolutely confident that investors will not be disappointed" as the Chairman said it. 😀 |
Posted at 15/7/2024 11:25 by bones Private investors I believe but they recently unloaded a few FTC (April) and still hold 30M of them or 12% of that co.I guess they financed the TRD purchase with the sale of 6M FTC. Seems to be a decent sign for TRD that these discerning investors have taken such a stake. The source is a mystery but as Kinwah said, maybe Mira Makar taking some profit finally (but I have doubts about that!). It’s possible they acquired William Barbour’s first sale a few months ago? That was under 3% so would not have to be disclosed. The other 7%+ recently who knows! |
Posted at 24/5/2024 08:58 by sunshine today The numbers for the year ending 31/03/24 will be a reflection of last year and hopefully an improvement on the first half.By that i mean a part claw back of the first half loss. Shares are all about the future, investors want to purchase growth for a song, hold , and reap long term rewards in the form of increasing dividends and a rising share price. Investors have two options, when it comes to selecting investments. 1/ Research companies, read trading updates, and follow industry news. Based on the above make a decision to purchase stock, or move on. 2/ Reduce risk and purchase on results day at the then going price of the share. |
Posted at 24/5/2024 08:17 by sunshine today solarno lopez“Hype” is what your average company broker produces, and is paid for by the company. It also includes company presentations to investors that very often, get touted around the city, just prior to the next funding round, at a huge discount, leaving mug punters well out of pocket. Investors and potential investors here at Triad, need to focus on the facts that are in the public domain. Let’s just concentrate on a single FACT today, AWARDS handed out to outstanding companies by the IT industry itself. Triad over the last year have cleaned up, winning awards from the sectors best. Most companies with just a 150 staff would be delighted to have won ANY top notch award. TRD have won awards not from a single entity, but from 3 different sources. They have won these awards after being judged by various different judges after being up against the likes of BT 10,000 plus staff, and Capita perhaps with 30,000 employees. //////////////////// Today 07:40 4,228 followers 1h • Superb achievement for the Triad Group Pic team at DFT. Another award for one of our teams delivering technology in the public sector. We are going to have to order a bigger cabinet! Well done to all involved. Adrian Leer Managing Director at Triad Group ... + Follow 7h • Amazing achievement at tonight's 2024 National Technology Awards. Triad wins the prize for the Reg Tech Project of the Year, recognising the work we did with Department for Transport to make the UK's roads greener via the RTFO regulatory framework. Also great to see our CTO Ant Cook short-listed for the prestigious technology leader of the year award. |
Posted at 22/5/2024 17:37 by sunshine today 1 hour agoWhat’s it like to support the staff of a fast-growing IT consultancy? Triad’s Business Support Administrator has worked with Triad Group Plc for half her life. Gina Bonaccorsi explains why. //////////////////// Investors and potential investors should note not only the article itself, but the headline. 🚀A FAST GROWING IT CONSULTANCY🚀 Compare that, with the pedestrian growth projected by the competition above. |
