and sale, of nil cost options under the Travis Perkins Performance Share 
Plan, Deferred Share Bonus Plan, Share Matching Scheme and options under 
the Executive Share Option Scheme over the number of ordinary shares of 
10p each in the Company ("shares") by the persons set out below, on two
