18/6/2015 23:53 | now back to chart support level but really overpriced i guess wuth NO dicsount to NAV . But then ISF nad MIDD trade at level of NAV and no discount . | arja
10/5/2015 10:17 | yes, at a premium which nakes it even more surprising that it outpermformed property shares on friday . i just did a trade getting in early and selling near close . But probably more in it if market firm om monday ! | arja
09/5/2015 19:04 | Probably nearer to 7% when I posted. | beardmore
09/5/2015 14:08 | Beardmore - how do you arrive at a discount for TRY? Seem to be on a premium yesterday; though perhaps parity when you posted. | skyship
05/5/2015 08:23 | Bit of a bleak report: <<hxxp://www.t TR seems to be on a NAV discount of around 10%. But I'm a long term holder, so I'm staying put! | beardmore
04/5/2015 21:47 | Disappointing to see share price fall below 300p. | gilston
23/2/2015 09:48 | Ok all, back to sleep until 400p. Mum's the word ;-) | the juggler

23/2/2015 08:18 | What a great investment this is and it continues to rise. Quietest board on Advfn too. | the juggler
03/12/2014 18:40 | Good interim report. | gilston
28/5/2014 08:18 | Yes, great results. They are just saying that revenue earnings per share will be lower due to timing of dividends, special dividends and less direct property income due to developments. We have had an exceptionally strong run-up in the dividend in recent years so some flattening of that growth is inevitable. Still a very good way to play the property market by holding these shares. | topvest
28/5/2014 07:29 | Some good numbers but the outlook for 2015 seems muted. | spacecake
17/2/2014 20:40 | The Juggler I quite like London focused property and heavily (too) into QED and BKG. Both have excellent management teams but QEDs upside is potentially more. I was planning on selling BKG when it hit £24 but it has continued to rise. As always: only sell when -15% trailing stoploss is hit. Run the winners. PS BWNG and BRW worth a look. BWNG could benefit from recent focus on retail flotations. | r ball
17/2/2014 18:58 | Yes this has a very good spread of stocks and been a winner for me too. | the juggler
17/2/2014 18:50 | The Juggler Yes this is one of my file away stocks. I bought for 40p in 1993, sold a bit for £2 and then bought again for £1.53 in 2009. I though that performance would have dipped after Chris left but it hasn't. I like European angle. | r ball
17/2/2014 18:46 | This looks as if there is a breakout imminent. Very tempted to have some more. | the juggler
08/2/2014 15:18 | R Ball - take a look at AGIT another excellent performer month after month. | the juggler
08/2/2014 06:09 | up 1% in a month. much better than my savings account. fantastic. | r ball
27/11/2013 11:41 | An excellent half yearly report. Should see this tipped again shortly in the press. | the juggler |
