Market cap of only a measly 8m here is insane.

Buyers of the shares get the Cameroon drill with an 80% chance of success and accompanying huge cashflows. You also get the life changing hundred bagger potential of South Africa and Namibia.

Also the company now have working capital at the corporate level and the JA loan has been paid off. I would not be surprised to see 2p plus here this year.

I wouldn't mind that. Done very well with TRP lately. Will load more if it drops to 0.2p.

Unless you are a complete idiot that placing should not come as a surprise. More placings to follow before drilling starts, if it ever does.

It was a good punt when in late July, the rns came out announcing the proactive webinair (firms don't often flag that) and when you could buy under .30p. It was an even better punt when we got the word from the webinair, and you could still buy in just under .30p. Happy to take my little bit.

Now, it carries more risk - uncertain sentiment vs increasing number of placings. Not to say this couldn't get to 1p. But the time for making almost certain money has passed. It's now more a gamble than a calculated punt.

So, on to the next one! I hope thatsnotsosmart didn't lose his shorts on this, having lost his shirt on bpc.

Well, they don’t pay it to Tower, but to the contractors, ie, the drilling company?

$102.5k interest? Shows how concerned he is for the financial health of the company?!

Anyone clear on when Beluga have to pay the $15 million? Has to be before drilling or it might never materialise if its a duster then TRP end up with all the debt. This is West Africa afterall.Including their website I can't find any info on Belugas proclaimed experience with production assets in the GoG.

The Company will use the net proceeds of the Placing to repay the US$750,000 loan facility from Pegasus Petroleum Ltd (whose ultimate beneficial owner is the Company's Chairman and CEO, Jeremy Asher) together with accrued interest and fees of US$102,500

LOL Oh my god. Absolutely breath-taking.
