18/2/2013 10:26 | we should see an announcement from the company today hopefully... | oli12
18/2/2013 10:24 | Yes Knitcraft, can sell 100k at 48.55 Going to wait for my BOD letter. Hope they're using first class stamps | r0bt
18/2/2013 10:21 | volume still LOW considering the price being offered which to me suggests private PI's are keeping their powder dry we have 50p on the table here AND the chance of a higher offer.... I admit I would sell some this AM if I could get 50p however I'm not being mugged by the MM's and accepting less. | oli12
18/2/2013 10:20 | Soggy What does this am`s price movement say? Mm's want stock ??? Expecting counter bid? I am sure in my own mind there will be a counter bid around 60 -65p. | knitcraft
18/2/2013 10:19 | Soggy Minute volume. Just pi's selling as can`t be bothered to wait for min 50p. | knitcraft
18/2/2013 10:17 | You can get 48.55 now. DMCI sells stake to Feva @ 60p. They then make unconditional cash offer for balance @ 60p. Nice turn for them, nice bit of extra for us PI's.Ferr Before anyone screams "why did JC sell @50p" without JC selling this merry go round wouldn`t have started. All supposition. | knitcraft
18/2/2013 10:17 | You reckon? If that's the case then clearly there's nobody thinking that there will an alternative bid then. (or at least, thinking it and acting upon that thought!) | soggy
18/2/2013 10:08 | Soggy They are all sells !!! | knitcraft
18/2/2013 10:04 | Interesting that it's all buys. Presumably if this keeps on all day the MMs will ahve to find that stock from somewhere, and that will require raising the share price to tempt out some more sellers. But why the buyers, when there's so little to be made at only 50p on offer. Are they just punting in the ho9pes of a higher bid or is there a whisper that there will be. Interesting.... | soggy
18/2/2013 10:03 | reminder from the interim results - "Consolidated net assets at 30 September 2012 were £26.5 million, equivalent to 53 pence per share" | oli12
18/2/2013 09:40 | I realise that Fev hold a 25% blocking stake, but would they really want to be a minority holder in TMC with DMCI so much in control? I think they will bid or sell out...cant see them hanging around under such circumstances, unless they just want an investment without much hands on involvement | nav_mike
18/2/2013 09:20 | HG, it's like this - there was a tank parked on the lawn but the driver has agreed to surrender, leaving several troops in the dark. Do we get just sit it out, get a new driver or surrender ? TMC reminder prices bid 47p offer 49p | giant steps
18/2/2013 09:13 | Lost touch with TMC ; have a few shares at a loss in a SIPP. What's the view on a likely take out price bearing in mind a 20% holding was sold to the now mandatory bidder at 50p? Can anyone see a decent premium to this or will other major holders settle for 50p? Views welcomed. | highly geared
18/2/2013 09:06 | Hi Edward, Will do when I've a chance to get my thoughts together. :-) | aquilla
18/2/2013 09:04 | I guess DMCI have instructed their broker to buy any stock available as they will need stock to push this take over through. | oli12
18/2/2013 09:02 | Can sell 100k @ 47.5p online - demand is there - mms are way off the mark. | mickey19721972
18/2/2013 09:00 | mpclag 47.43p now.... Aquilla, hope you had a nice weekend away.....Is it not time for a TLG email with your thoughts ... | edward3
18/2/2013 08:54 | GS, You will always get shareholders not prepared to wait. The mms are taking full advantage of any impatient sellers. I've been in this long, I'm quite happy to wait this one out. | aquilla
18/2/2013 08:50 | ah there you are | oli12
18/2/2013 08:50 | aquilla, do you think the blocking vote is what holds the market bid at 45p ? I'm surprised we are not squeezed closer to the 50p mark. (no advice intended) | giant steps
18/2/2013 08:49 | not that many trades so far considering...shows how few shares are available in the market...everyone is sitting tight..... where is Aquilla after all his hard work, site visits and faith he deserves to make some money here. | oli12
18/2/2013 08:48 | Congratulations to all holders!! I take the weekend away from the BB and I come back to find nearly a hundred posts and a bid!! One little point to remember: When JC (the other JC) sold his shares he sold 5% to Fev. There was a reason. This pushed Fev up to 25%, enough to make a blocking holding. As the saying goes: "It ain't over till the fat lady sings!" NAI | aquilla
18/2/2013 08:43 | ig stitching people up-stil below .45 | mpclag |
