Partial disposal and revaluation of investment in a portfolio company.
TMT Investments PLC, the venture capital company which invests in high-growth, technology companies across a number of core specialist sectors, is pleased to announce that it has sold a part of its holding in one of its portfolio companies for US$400,000 to a private investor.
The transaction represents an approximately US$4.89 million (or 114%) uplift in the fair value of TMT's investment in the company compared to the latest reported amount as of 31 December 2016, and is equivalent to 17.6 cents in additional NAV per TMT share.
