And “nobody is questioning it” - remember when you questioned the CPR completed by the independent certifier SRK? You are an embarrassment, and your here telling folks what’s what?!

You have no idea, the reserve base can increase substantially without an offtake and the value of the company will increase. At the point a huge reserve base is established it will be unquestionable that it will be exploited via one form of extraction or conversion.

The fields are sub 50km from infrastructure. There are companies who’s assets are hundreds of miles away from infrastructure who on initial draw truck oil on production. If the juice is worth the squeeze it is a clear cut fact it will be completed.

How long have you been invested in KMR donkey? 2mins or 2weeks? Despite it not moving in share price other than falling since you tipped it almost a year ago, do you have the patience?

Tlou will continue to expand reserves as planned on upstream whilst developing routes via mid and downstream, an offtake could take weeks it could take days or jr could take months in the mean time it really is irrelevant as they can progress anyway. You have no idea what your posting and you don’t know the first thing about O&G stocks, that much is evident from your posting.

You should give up guessing and posting biased opinions from one of your multiple accounts. Unfortunately anyone who admits they are here to make it their life’s work to annoy investors and registers multiple aliases really isn’t worth listening to.

Absolutely mind boggling that the analyst reckons Tlou is about gas and it’s reserves !

Nobody disputing there is gas there and lots of it. Tlou needs a decent Offtake from somewhere and then set about proving that they can extract the gas and satisfy the Offtake.

Now they need Offtakes !!!

It really is that simple.

Yup, small glimmer in the far off horizon.

But the cheerleaders will keep us royally entertained with stories of future riches and major milestones achieved along the way. I do hope though they can entertain us with a few new stories after the 2 big pieces of news have been and gone.

Maintaining the momentum
Hot on the heels of an impressive reserves upgrade, Tlou released interim results (for
the six months to December 2017) on 22nd February, reiterating strong progress and
providing some great colour on the forward strategy. Tlou has successfully established
itself as the most advanced gas-to-power developer in Botswana and, with a significant
increase in 2P reserves now in the bag, it appears clear that recent seismic data
acquisition and core-hole drilling activities have been most successful. We see excellent
scope for further reserve upgrades as work continues and, despite the Botswanan
government’s planned re-tender to RFP bidders, Tlou has outlined a clear roadmap for
this year, including additional core-hole drilling and seismic data acquisition, the active
pursuit of grid connection options and the targeted commencement of development
drilling in mid-2018. Ahead of news on offtake arrangements and development financing,
we believe it is important to recognise the continued operational momentum at Lesedi
and Mamba, and upgrade our fair value estimate to 30p/share (25p/share previously).
Upgraded reserves comfortably exceed initial commercial threshold: On 20th
February, Tlou released what was, in our opinion, a cracking reserves upgrade, confirming
a 944% increase in 2P reserves to circa 41bcf. We believe that this latest independent
reserves assessment is of particular importance, as it now seems clear that Tlou has
sufficient 2P reserves to underpin first phase commercial development (we had previously
assumed that 20bcf would be required to support an initial 10MW gas-to-power scheme).
Actively pursuing grid connection options: Despite the Botswanan government’s
planned re-tender process, Tlou reports that its grid connection plans are well advanced,
with the company evaluating various offtake routes including possible electricity sales into
the SAPP network. We note that Tlou continues to target the commencement of
development drilling later this year so, whilst there will have been some slippage, we see
good scope for first power in early CY2020 (versus our prior expectation of late CY2019).
Fair value estimate upgraded to 30p/share: We continue to believe that a reservesbased
approach is appropriate at this stage and have upgraded our fair value estimate to
30p/share (25p/share previously). Our latest assessment incorporates Tlou’s substantially
upgraded 2P reserves, partly offset by currency movements and placing-related dilution.
Ahead of the confirmation of offtake and financing arrangements, we believe it is important
to recognise the value of Tlou’s strategically-important and growing reserves base.

No in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would call the Tlou outcome so right - 2 years of ridiculous levels of over-inflated PR. Remember all the excitement when they lodged their RFP bid - such an amazing management team and panels of Advisors who collectively produced a monumental effort that ended up non-compliant.

Did anyone ever ask what went wrong / who is to blame? Clearly Linda doesn’t seem to have her finger close to any pulse - I think she is still trying to parallel park her flash motor. Hugh Swire - another coup, not.

Isn’t it amazing how a stone-cold slam dunk turned out so differently.

Donkey at the end of the day, you post under multiple aliases and you openly admitted to being here to annoy investors.

The two points above are enough for everyone here to take anything you say with a pinch of salt.

You don’t post anything concrete, all you post are your biased opinions about a company you know little about.

For want of a better phrase “your comments are falling on deaf ears.”

I just dont think think line of attack is impressing anyone. Well maybe Crummett, he is as despondent at recent events as yourself no doubt. Look after each other fellas - it’s a tough old world out there for those unprepared !!
