13/2/2018 15:10 | Wheniamfree - I don’t pretend to know more than most on this, or any of the other boards. I know that I do !!! And I know that I know a load more than you - not difficult. 95% of your posts only say I tell lies, posts misleading comments - and the other 5% are quips to say How great and clever you and your buddies are. Not so clever last 24 hours, eh !! Sh@t happens ... | donkey40
13/2/2018 14:30 | “Both bidders have been trying to extract and commercialise gas resource/reserve. Not really geared up for building, operating and owning a power station” That’s why they have a development partner to handle mid and upstream, IPC (Independant Power Corp) so again misleading. Orapa has potential legs anyway either with or around this nobody is denying that. Will it be the replacement RFP? Perhaps but personally I doubt it since CBM is a new industry and so to fuel Orapa would require an initial development plan and wells to supply 45mw upfront, not usually the way a new industry is built hence a staged and modular method to grow but stepping up. Please don’t pretend to think you know more than everyone here. Plenty are deeper researched than yourself so lose the arrogance. | wheniamfree
13/2/2018 14:12 | Not to be a stickler for facts but actually you wrote that Orapa hadn't been in use at all for a long time. You then had facts presented to show it had been in use very recently and you swiftly never mentioned it again. I'm not saying the above doesn't make sense, but you weren't saying the above a while ago at all | satsuma1
13/2/2018 14:02 | Somebody please tell ‘adoubleukR For those of you that don’t know, Sekaname were previously awarded 270MW offtake maybe 8 years back. That was taken off them by Debswana and became the Orapa 90MW power plant that was built to run on diesel and gas. It has never ever run on gas. It is a peaking plant, doesn’t run all that often, generally only when diesel stocks are near their sell by date. There were rumours a plenty Long time back about the diesel supply contract with an Indian supplier, but nothing ever announced publicly. So yes, both of them being asked to JV on the supply side - and supply to Orapa makes a load of sense. But that is speculation as of now - tomorrow is D-day for that. Oh, and just to remind everybody, old donkey said here and on HC and on LSE that gas to Orapa was the most efficient and logical use of CBM gas in a pilot project. And old donkey was accused of lying and misleading and being a troll and other much worse things. And on Orapa - it is a 90 MW plant. Tlou bid to deliver 10 first up under the 100MW RFP - that leaves 80 to find. Whether or not Sekaname can supply that - unlikely I would suggest - but it does suggest to me that Tlou will not be pursuing too many of these other BS offtake suggestions at same time as supplying a power plant. Simple case of common sense + Do The Math. | donkey40
13/2/2018 13:39 | Excellent interview, told exactly how it is and multiple routes to market. Game is on, SAPP offtakes to come, discussions with solar companies, RFP update tomorrow and let’s not forget the reserve upgrade news to come. Funadamentals remain the same, even mention of expediting time frames as I previously stated. | wheniamfree
13/2/2018 13:33 | Still all to play for and Solar addiction is interesting | mr.oz
13/2/2018 12:52 | Funny and accurate | mgellie
13/2/2018 12:50 | Jeez man you must be really hurting ... | donkey40
13/2/2018 12:49 | Scrote...now that was funny | ftangftang
13/2/2018 12:15 | Plenty of theories been discussed donkey, but hey are speculation and not something I’d debate with a little scrote like yourself. Hey, correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t Tlou still over 50% up from the days you first appeared? What’s Kenmare again, minus 99% ? And your the expert.. the guy who doesn’t know what a seismic is? Keep guessing and misleading. | wheniamfree
13/2/2018 11:33 | I find a "dry slap of the back hand" often rectifies this situations abroad. | ernestsyngen
13/2/2018 11:20 | OMG, share price under pressure and the cheerleaders are busy talking about me. Why why why..... As I said earlier today, diversionary tactics to deflect from the BS they have been posting and spewing for a year plus. And those of you that think I am happy to see genuine Tlou shareholders suffering - wrong again. The only people I am enjoying seeing suffering here are the fab 3 and any others that jumped on their band wagon to disparage, discredit and criticise me. What goes around, comes around - and for them, a good smack in the kisser is a start of well deserved retribution. Just a thought - focus on the detail of some of my posts. I see, as if now, I am still the only one that has posted what this retender might actually be about. At least I try to put something up / out there - shame the cheerleaders don’t actually have an opinion of their own to articulate... | donkey40
13/2/2018 10:44 | Like in all African countries if you want the business it depends on how deep your bribe pockets are!! | cezary
13/2/2018 10:26 | colm on vox podcast later today cheers ft ft | ftangftang
13/2/2018 10:21 | Sad act isn’t he. So and as you’ve been told before, companies are sold continuously based on no revenue and on assets with reserve value. So how did sunshine gas get sold for $1.1bn with no revenue? Was that worth nothing too? More lies and misleading statements. | wheniamfree
13/2/2018 10:19 | If you're Donkey you'd have been walking behind him going "you're gunna fall over, you're gunna fall over, you're gunna fall over" and then when he happens to fall over, laugh | satsuma1
13/2/2018 10:13 | Well said Dorset. I think "I am enjoying this - correct !!" sums his character as a person up completely. | satsuma1
13/2/2018 09:58 | Bloody good job it doesn't really matter to me what some arrogant forum troll says then ay! Even a broken clock is right twice a day | satsuma1
13/2/2018 09:47 | I am enjoying this - correct !! Corruption - I never said or suggested anything corrupt was in play with this RFP. I said it was still very much a political risk (very different from corruption risk). And share price retreating below 10p - where in my opinion it will eventually settle for some considerable time ahead. But of course I know nothing, only tell lies and generally am a troll on BBs to disrupt and upset all the smart posters who only have good things to say. Some must have big lumps on their foreheads by now. But let’s see if their legs survive the drop to the cliff bottom. | donkey40
13/2/2018 09:31 | Classic diversionary tactics. Blame corruption; blame donkey; blame ...... Like I said, when you finally accept reality, the share will be higher or lower that at present ??!! Good luck with that - at least this is one you won’t be able to blame on donkey. Eeaah eeaah eeaah | donkey40 |
