Not unusual in these situations for 'no buyer to be found', company goes into receivership then surprise surprise one or more directors buy up the assets for a nominal sum.

i.e Shareholders get shafted again.

Any money received (if any) will go to pay off creditors. I doubt there will be anything left for shareholders.

Take your point Gog, guess where I'm coming from after holding for five years is that it would be good to be in a poisition where the company was actually making money, rather than not just losing as much.

As I've mentioned previously; even if a placing is necessary then while annoying/disappointing/unsurprising(!)/etc it shouldn't be too damaging (unless the share price collapses prior to any fund raising) as I'm still hopeful that revenues are improving such that the company isn't losing as much money as it used to and should not therefore need to raise very much.

You're right Bold, sorry, mis-read the rns. Starting to feel the same sentiment re. your last sentence, which is a shame. Have held for years with high hopes. If Gog is right and a placing is eventually needed to stay afloat, I'm sorry to say I'd need a LOT of convincing to take part. Lets hope we don't get to that situation.

Hmm, I see that on their website they originally had 26th Feb marked down as an Interim statement day and then this was moved last week to todays date. Now checking their website this has been removed completely and now next set of news is in June. Draw your own conclusions.
