09/3/2007 09:39 | Looks as though there is no stock about. Back to the situation of two-three weeks ago where every buy pushed the share price. And yet there were a number of sales in the recent market turmoil. So where did those shares go? Either they found a home without the transaction being reported as a trade or they were taken by the MMs to balance their books ie when they were selling stock 3-4 weeks ago they didn't actually have the stock. Results on 22 March. | orange1
08/3/2007 20:36 | Yep that's the thing with SIPPs - you'll never have the jangle of money in your pocket until it's too late! Any other tips apart from IEC? | orange1
08/3/2007 19:58 | no i decided i have enough of these, theres bargains all over the place at the moment im actually hoping the market will fall (without TIK falling) ive got more funds coming through in next few days, i wish i could have monday mornings prices back on some FTSE 100 stocks. I think this could be a doubler over the next 24 months though. (ive just doubled my money on IEC this week - shame its SIPP money though. | davidwilkin
08/3/2007 17:34 | Did you top up David? | orange1
08/3/2007 16:39 | What a strong swift bounce! :-) CR | cockneyrebel
28/2/2007 12:38 | i feel a top up coming on hopefully around the 280p level | davidwilkin
22/2/2007 21:17 | The more I hold these the more I like them. Fwd PE 15, huge earnings growth this year and 20% growth forecast for 07 which looks like it could get well beaten. Good barriers to entry and a product it's hard to just muscle in on. Lots of potential to expand into the financial market and customers all well wonga'd up with cash to spend. I reckon that eps forecast will rise over the next 6 months and the PE fall - if the price doesn't rise a fair bit more. CR | cockneyrebel
22/2/2007 20:29 | Boiling,boiling the lid will be off again shortly !! | davidwilkin
21/2/2007 09:13 | Tikit are stepping up a gear: gone are the days when you had results followed by an analysts' meeting. We are now promised for 22 March: results plus a meeting for analysts and private client brokers at which Mike McGoun (Executive Chairman), David Lumsden (Group Managing Director) and Paul Giuffredi (Group Financial Director) will present "the results, the strategy and future prospects". | orange1
20/2/2007 14:13 | The MMs have to balance their books and it is for that reason that I can't see how those block trades can be buys. If they were, the price would have had to have risen more than it has. | orange1
20/2/2007 13:48 | Interesting analagy Orange1 but yes it makes sense what your saying. Basically what we need is a few more buyers to help mop up the free float. Interesting that you can sell at 302,so i dont think we will stay around this level for long. (Just to tip the argument the other way what if our mid price trader is a buyer & not a seller ??) | davidwilkin
20/2/2007 12:56 | David Welcome! I believe that the market makers are generally short of TIK stock. They seem to have a seller though who sells blocks of 10 to 15k at 2.5p below the offer price. Your stock will have come from one of these blocks. Yesterday there was one of 15k at 302.5p, so your shares will have come from that. At the current rate, it won't be long before the MMs will have to seek more stock which might well only be available at a higher price. | orange1
20/2/2007 12:32 | Ive had 2 more nibbles at TIK this a.m but she seems stuck for the moment. i thought it looked overbought & then had a look at the AXO chart & thought well some stocks dont stay on the trend line. | davidwilkin
13/2/2007 18:15 | Another contract win for Tikit: And this is how they go about it: "Bircham Dyson Bell selected Metastorm BPM through the advice of Tikit, who provided consultancy in the evaluation phase of the project as well as providing ongoing support to the firm during development and implementation. Bircham Dyson Bell chose Metastorm for its BPM initiatives due to Tikit and Metastorm's established and proven success in the legal industry, the flexibility to integrate Metastorm BPM into its existing infrastructure, and the ability to provide all enterprise users with a single user interface for advanced collaboration." Clearly Tikit has good products and an excellent relationship with its clients. It provides consultancy, recommends a product which it can supply and then supplies and installs it. Trust, efficiency, results. And for the shareholders, it means a handsomely rising share price. | orange1
09/2/2007 10:22 | Tik up :-) capa | capa
07/2/2007 10:59 | If you go to LegalIT 2007 starting today in London, you won't be able to miss Tikit. They literally stare you in the face as you walk in!: | orange1 |
