Why would you think it's off to the races?They are wanting to exit their AIM investments. Not quite a distressed seller however not in the greatest position. More likely to trash the share price than inflate it imo.

Am I right in saying that MXC's tender offer of £3.25m @ 73p for 1 in every 9.5 shares is therefore valuing their entire holdings in TIA, CLCO and others at £30.86m.

Extremely illiquid stock; as seen from the recent update on their site. There are plenty of others with sizeable holdings sub 3%.

The old IDE website investor page has an updated major shareholders list dated 15 March. Only 3 organisations holding >3%. MXCP, Allvotec and Kestrel. Why so long to update and where's the trading update?

Well at least TIA has no exposure to SVB. At some point people will realise that the company has created a slick & profitable niche. (MTEC could learn a few lessons )

Perhaps part of the profitable contracts taken over from Allvotec. TIA could really be in the sweet spot here.

I think so. Are they a new client? If so we might get some news on the contract at the trading update, if that ever happens.Wrote to Andy Parker asking what the financial calendar is but no response. Perhaps he is busy signing up new clients!

Does anyone know when the trading update is due. The new website has been coming soon for almost 5 months now and this is an IT company.Same old IDE. How about giving the long suffering shareholders some news on how the business is doing.

As soon as the deal has been tied up on the 31st Jan TIA should be at £1.50 minimum. Don't forget that Daisy and Co have accepted shares in payment for these contracts. I'm tempted to buy more at current levels.
