Final dividend for 2018

Payment of dividend in Sterling

On 20 March 2019, TI Fluid Systems plc announced that its Board had recommended a final dividend of 5.94 euro cents per ordinary share for the year ending 31 December 2018.

Subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM on 16 May 2019, the dividend will be paid in cash in Sterling on 31 May 2019 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on the record date of 26 April 2019.

The dividend amount of 5.94 euro cents was converted from Euro to Sterling using the London closing spot rate on Friday, 26 April 2019. Accordingly, the Sterling dividend payable on 31 May 2019 will be 5.13 pence per ordinary share.
