Posted at 11/8/2024 16:46 by frankiethecabbie From the Investors Chronicle:They still trade at under six times forecast earnings, or an enterprise value to cash profit ratio of 3.8 times both of which are well below their five-year average. Bain's remaining stake of around 28 per cent represents a barrier to a significant re-rating, but based on current trading and the returns available through dividends (and on house broker Peel Hunt's assumptions, the shares offer a 5.6 per cent yield) and buybacks, we maintain our buy stance. |
Posted at 01/8/2024 12:17 by eigthwonder Peel Hunt are one of the loudest bleaters about the state of the small cap market (because they want the IPO income) floated this one and are quite happy to trouser the fees for the glacial sell down of the overhang. Wonder whether they have ever considered their own conduct before wondering why the IPO market and investor interest is so poor. |
Posted at 27/3/2024 17:11 by melody9999 PH just the bookbuilder. 20M sold to inst investors - they are likely to hold rather than flip. 60 day lock up for the seller.SP should recover from here because, according to Stocko, EPS for 2024 at 26p so at 143p PE is just 5.5 And for that you are getting a 4% divi, with likely revenue growthy and improved margins. Its cheap! |
Posted at 12/3/2024 17:04 by frankiethecabbie From the Investors chronicle today :After increasing its underlying operating margin from 5.5 per cent to 7.4 per cent in 2023, Dieltjens expects a further improvement this year, even with revenue only expected to grow marginally given stalling global light vehicle production. TI Fluid Systems' shares are up 30 per cent year on year, but still only trade at six times Jefferies' forecast earnings, well below their five-year average of 9.7 times. Net debt is still a concern for some, but having been reduced to 1.5 times adjusted Ebitda, it shouldn't act as a brake on the company's growth. Speculative buy. |
Posted at 05/9/2023 12:06 by frankiethecabbie Just received this from TI Fluids investor department.Good morning FrankThere will shortly be an announcement for a General Meeting to take place later in September. This will be the opportunity for the company to gain the relevant approvals.RegardsTim |
Posted at 19/4/2021 06:08 by ianguerin My concern is that TIFS is not getting any cash from the placing, as it has all gone straight to the parent company (a Private Equity or Hedge Fund, I believe). Investors have had their stake diluted it seems, for no apparent gain |
