Final dividend for 2017
Payment of dividend in Sterling
On 20 March 2018, the Board of TI Fluid Systems plc recommended an initial dividend of 1.31 euro cents per ordinary share to cover the period from the date of listing on 25 October 2017 to 31 December 2017.
Subject to shareholder approval, the dividend will be paid on 1 June 2018 to shareholders on the register on 27 April 2018. The dividend is payable in cash in Sterling to holders of ordinary shares.
The dividend amount of 1.31 euro cents was converted from Euro to Sterling using the London closing spot rate on Friday 27 April 2018. Accordingly, the Sterling dividend payable on 1 June 2018 will be 1.15 pence per ordinary share.
