23/12/2024 20:26 | The stuff they use now sets quite quickly but takes days to reach full strength. But with the cold weather blast the windscreen with heat when driving will help speed up curing. "Hopefully no need for the power drills" How else was I to cleanout the cavity. Annoying smallest drill I could find was a 3mm drill, and mrs J not well pleased I had the drill set to hammer action. | jonjonck

Her Dentist refused to see her unless she is climbing the wall in pain and on painkillers. So... I have done a bit of dentistry and put a temporary filling in the cavity for her. | jonjonck

21/12/2024 15:58 | Good Afternoon. I did discuss with Mrs J about having something different this year but when we struggled to decide what we just fell back on the usual turkey. Bought a 5.3Kg which is way too much for us but any smaller you do not get the same value and we do get a lot of meals out of it. We freeze some of it to have later so we do not get fed up of it. | jonjonck
