The stuff they use now sets quite quickly but takes days to reach full strength. But with the cold weather blast the windscreen with heat when driving will help speed up curing.
"Hopefully no need for the power drills" How else was I to cleanout the cavity. Annoying smallest drill I could find was a 3mm drill, and mrs J not well pleased I had the drill set to hammer action.

Best leave it standing for about six hours gates before driving it, I don't know why they put two bits of masking tape on either, hardly installs confidence!

You are welcome Jonners

Geez, is there anything you can't fix Jonners, try Orajel, it is readily available and freezes the gum as a good temporary pain relief

Good Morning.
Mrs J has a chip come out of a tooth and is quite uncomfortable and sensitive for her.
Her Dentist refused to see her unless she is climbing the wall in pain and on painkillers. So... I have done a bit of dentistry and put a temporary filling in the cavity for her.

A Friend has just asked me this...

During Covid lockdown, if you had family round on Christmas Day, police could force entry to your home and make them go home.

Does anyone know if this service is still available and if so do you need to book it?

Good Afternoon.
I did discuss with Mrs J about having something different this year but when we struggled to decide what we just fell back on the usual turkey. Bought a 5.3Kg which is way too much for us but any smaller you do not get the same value and we do get a lot of meals out of it. We freeze some of it to have later so we do not get fed up of it.

I've got a leg of lamb which is pretty big so will have to come out the freezer on Sunday, I shall go easy on the Prosecco this time, I enjoy a glass whilst cooking but last year I was about to carve and realised I was a bit lashed lol

Cheese... I remembered to buy some Stilton.
We bought a fresh turkey..now in the freezer just to make sure it is cold enough.
Makes a mockery of buying fresh and not a frozen one but they do seem to taste a bit better. Probably already been frozen for months.
