I suspect they do not know the answer or how to work it out.
Checking Financial statements I am a bit confused if it is 3 or 12m the CLN's are worth. This would dilute the shares value by about 24% if 12m but depending on share price to earning ratio would be a lot less. Lets just take an typical ratio of 4, so 8% decrease in share value. I do not really know as you can tell, what the effect would be if converted into shares issue. If Directors think share value will rise they would be mad to convert until price is much higher.
Not sure if above makes any sense or not and debating whether to post or not...might as well post as just being my brief thoughts.

Any more rudenesses from you and I will not tell you about my new dentist as previous retired ( very young to retire). She, yes she, is very nice indeed. Guessing she must be mid 30's to 40's. Graduated in 2002 so say at 22 years old puts her at 38.
