03/4/2018 12:56 | And the share price is down yet again... Unbelievable... | abrahe00
03/4/2018 12:29 | Good interview .. Notice the big grin on Micks face at the end . (and the rain has even stopped and the sun is out.) | vish65
03/4/2018 12:11 | hxxp://www.share-tal Definitely worth a listen about the recent tungsten acquisition | vish65
03/4/2018 06:44 | AX finished 13% up, would expect the same here given we are following the SP | jarega85
29/3/2018 17:56 | Ah, I got 650m shares in issue off advfn stats that's where the discrepancy is then. Perhaps somewhere in between:) Jimmy why don't you disappear like your namesake did. | paleje
29/3/2018 15:56 | @Paleje: According to the March 16th RNS, there were approximately 140m warrants outstanding and just over 507m shares in issue. So that's around 28%, give or take. | abrahe00
29/3/2018 15:43 | This company issuing rns every week just like mtr, soon this one will die like mtr did and interest will move onto the next one | jimmyhoffa262
29/3/2018 15:30 | Good news but as you say, no one to appreciate it | jarega85
29/3/2018 15:30 | abrahe00, are you sure about that dilution ~30%? I thought nearer 20% by now which, if all exercised, would put an extra 2m in the bank according to a recent MB interview, not so bad really. Nonetheless I completely agree funding/jv is the big news shareholders want. | paleje
29/3/2018 15:18 | Nobody about to appreciate the just released RNS, more cash on its way:- "Assuming successful completion, the holding by Thor of tradeable securities in Hawkstone should very positively augment the available working capital of Thor, increasing it to near GBP2.0million post completion which we will mainly apply to the development of our strategic tungsten and copper interests." I think it will start building again after the holiday. | paleje
29/3/2018 15:14 | Yep. I think you're spot on Noirua. Add to that the 30% or so dilution for the outstanding warrants and you have a pretty staid investment... Until that JV deal is done of course... | abrahe00
29/3/2018 14:23 | THR seem stuck in the 2.25p - 2.75p range as the market worries that no partner would mean big cash raising to get projects to a profitable stage. There is a good deal of difference between getting excellent copper assay results to getting a confirmed resource and being well cashed up to develop it all. The market is unconvinced by all the Twittering going on. | noirua
29/3/2018 12:22 | Wow... Just three pitiful trades in over 4 hours of trading. There is a serious lack of interest in this company. What on earth are we paying our broker for? E. | abrahe00
28/3/2018 12:04 | Cheers Ed, hadn't seen your earlier post. Well done Mick, take a break. | paleje
28/3/2018 12:00 | That's a great sweetner for bidders to get on board with funding for Molyhill. | vish65
28/3/2018 11:18 | Pale, Normal grades for tungsten are 0.1-0.3%, commerical copper grades tend to start from around 0.5% for pit mining. 2.77% tungsten is the highest I've ever seen. And these are shallow discoveries. As Mick pointed out they'll need confirmation drilling to get them up to JORC standard. Copper grades from 2.5%-8% are pretty outstanding. It may not have the bulk tonnage of MH and PM, we'll not know that until its drilled but these are some serious grades of copper and tungsten as a starter. Mick did say he'd only buy quality projects that rival MH and PM and he's done that, a cracking little asset there. Also at 20-30kms from MH that can extend the life once MH is funded and developed potentially without going underground. Again surface outcroppings and shallow depths reported in that RNS. Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/3/2018 10:56 | I'm not up on the technicals but that announcement looks good to me with Molyhil's potential significantly boosted. | paleje
28/3/2018 10:55 | That's a quality little acquisition, not major tonnage but look at those grades! Some averaging above 1.5% tungsten and one hole of 2.77% tungsten, they're resembling copper grades. The copper grades on these licences go from 2.9% up! I see what MB meant when he said he'll only get projects that rival Moly and PM etc. To put this into perspective WRES are bring into a production a large mine with 0.1% tungsten. :) These are all shallow holes and surface outcropping, shouldn't cost much to get this explored. A jv on Molyhil will be a good start and this new acquisition could extend the life of the Molyhil facilities from another shallow pit. Good strategic thinking from Mr Billing. Regards, Ed. | edgein
27/3/2018 13:04 | Still holding tight here, I'm sure it will come good soon | jarega85
27/3/2018 11:40 | Somebody really pushing the boat out with that 9 shares purchase!! Presumably book balancing but strange nevertheless. | ianbag
27/3/2018 10:56 | Blue outweighs red by about 10:1 so they mark it down 5%:) | paleje
23/3/2018 09:32 | Huge RNS from Serabi Mining SRB 15 million USD investment at the current Share Price, to a single investor. Very low valuation considering its level of gold output. Results this month, last November showed a huge jump in cash to over 9.7 million USD. Rerate now undeway, and stock in very short supply. Up almost 30% already.... | serabi_mining_srb
23/3/2018 09:31 | Core Finance interview yesterday in which MB was asked about the outstanding warrants/funding about 1.5 mins in. It was a question I asked Proactive to bring up but they didn't. Anyway Mick reckons if the outstanding warrants all get exercised they won't need funding until into 2020. By that time (imo not Mick's words) they really should be in receipt of or on the verge of revenue from Molihil. | paleje |
