30/11/2017 16:07 | Australia volume Yesterday was 190,905 Therefore if they have transferred 4M to the ASX it will take them at yesterdays volume (assuming they are buys) 20 day to shift them or is there a BUYER lined up for the stock? | cool hand kev

30/11/2017 15:05 | And the new share holder have said that they're not selling any shares until the SP's 10p :-) | cool hand kev
30/11/2017 13:54 | Also you're assuming that those 41.1m share are going to be traded too, they may well be held onto for the time being by whomever bought them, so admitted to trading doesn't mean they're going to be traded. Regards, Ed. | edgein
30/11/2017 13:50 | lenses, No, read the statement you just posted. Those shares are being admitted to trading on AIM, not the ASX or both. Its arbitrage that triggers these movements, i.e mm's taking orders on the ASX and don't have the stock to fill those. Therefore shares get moved from one exchange to the other. The 4m moved to the ASX as they obviously sold more shares than they have available. Shows increasing demand over there too and its resulting in 2Prismo struggling to get any volume over here as it reduces our free float. Regards, Ed. | edgein
30/11/2017 12:48 | Hi Edge "Interesting, 4m shares moved from AIM to ASX in the last couple of days..." Is not this a bit of rebalancing as the various new issues of late are all going on to AIM? Re AGM RNS etc: "Application has been made to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") for a total of 41,151,314 Ordinary Shares, pursuant to the Conditional Placing and Subscription, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading." 30/11/2017 11:22 | That's because they've given 4 million to AUX (according to Ed) MM's are short of stock IMO and have dropped the share price to get weak sellers | cool hand kev
30/11/2017 11:20 | Ditto HFX, neg trade only...unless you're selling then the sky's the limit. | paleje
30/11/2017 10:31 | You can get naff all online at the moment - been trying for 30 minutes with HL - not even 5k shares - only limit orders edit - and they'll take the lot of mine at 2.2p - they're running short of shares here guys | 2prsimo
30/11/2017 09:45 | Cool hand, Listen to the recent interviews posted on here and you'll get it all straight from the horse's mouth. Regards, Ed. | edgein
30/11/2017 09:43 | Hi Edgein, Do you have any idea when news might be due? | cool hand kev
30/11/2017 09:32 | Interesting, 4m shares moved from AIM to ASX in the last couple of days. Seems like the mm's need those to fill orders. Demand must be increasing in Australia, wouldn't be too hard though as they don't normally do much volume. However that demand and transfer lowers the free float here and a Pilbara acquisition is likely to trigger Ozzie demand for sure. Regards, Ed. | edgein
29/11/2017 12:07 | Good strong statement of intent with the AGM RNS, fully funded drive towards delivering shareholder value reiterated. Regards, Ed. | edgein
29/11/2017 09:20 | Buyers back next leg up 3p? | cool hand kev
29/11/2017 08:21 | Geko, Very true, don't think they would have taken on too much with a new Pilbara licence. It would be early stage expo so not actively drilled for some time, but as you suggest the band wagon is rolling out for Pilbara, for good reason though given results from explorers there. A jv partner may be handling PM on our behalf soon if Mick concludes talks as hinted at in the recent interview. Leaving us to develop Molyhil and work with our investment in Kapunda. So I don't think that Pilbara would distract, in fact the hype might get the market to start recognising the size of PM and push us much closer to fair value. Clearly the market doesn't realise that THR has a heavily explored high grade world class asset at PM yet, otherwise we'd be multiples of this price. A Pilbara licence could bring with it multi Moz potential too. Regards, Ed. | edgein
29/11/2017 08:11 | Yes you are right it could be an opportunity. My initial reaction was don't chase the bandwagon because they already have enough value in current projects. However in retrospect they've been around long enough to know their business and should be trusted to evaluate an opportunity. There appears to be an increased emphasis on maximising shareholder value. | geko5trade
29/11/2017 08:00 | Geko, Ok no worries sorry for the confusion, thought you literally meant exploration activity. The only expo being carried out there would be due diligence, sounds like an interesting licence though according to Mick. Gold with potential lith upside would be a really good combo. Regards, Ed. | edgein
29/11/2017 07:51 | Edgein, re my post 3646, no I literally meant exploring the possibility of gaining the license itself rather than sampling etc..Still if it is an opportunity then well and good. | geko5trade
29/11/2017 07:44 | And something we haven't been discussing, a jv for PM. Due to the sheer size of it, again Mick said they could explore for several more years. When asked about discussions the smile said it all, could get a jv with a large miner for the development of PM. Now that PREM for example have their scoping study out they're pushing to conclude jv talks, THR likely in the same position in the coming months. Imagine little THR being carried for millions for expo/development on the giant PM, that would soon multiply our £10m cap! Regards, Ed. | edgein
28/11/2017 19:57 | 3 million more listed buys than sells and share price down 11% | cool hand kev
28/11/2017 17:58 | Hi Edge "nearly all the larger trades are pretty much above the ask..." Late reported, most by one hour. More sells than buys I reckon. Rise like this and periods of profit taking are inevitable.......Bef L. | lenses |
