I will be supporting consolidation and securities issue. I will not be supporting performance award. Agree. Woeful. |
Does anyone have an opinion on the upcoming EGM Resolutions?I'm OK with the 10:1 share consolidation and I'm OK with the issue of securities for the Alford East acquisition too.Where I have a problem is the "performance" award to Directors. There hasn't been any performance!I support long term incentive plans. If directors have stretching objectives and they perform well, they should be rewarded. Resolution 3 seems far too generous for the Thor's current, woeful, performance. |
The old uranium placing plug :)) |
How the hell is this even an investment, the ridiculous number of shares in issue and the endless dilution. Too many stocks that shouldn’t be around anymore imo |
Yes, as good as Mick at placings. I imagine another consolidation will be due soon. May be with the next placing. |
Haven’t the shares in issue since 2019 gone up 250%, just bloated whale of dilution, all they do is equity raises, there is no revenue lol! Destined to collapse under the weight of dilution, total nonsense, not an investment imo |
I see Mick 'driller' Billing is associated with the new listing today (GMET). One to avoid I guess. Obviously he's been hoist with his own petard with the dire performance of THR share price. |
If you get a tick higher on this puff today - take the exit and get into a proper, well capitalised gold play - GGP. GLA... |
It will test Nicole Galloway Warland to get a $2,000,000AUD placing away at these prices. |
Since my last post this one has lost another 35%, with 2Billion shares around, the placings are getting more and more ridiculous, it’s never been an investment just a meal ticket for the Directors to spin out another jam tomorrow story, until it’s bust |
Someone just bought 2,000,000 of these and ticked the share price up |
Another year of share price destruction. Well done THR. |
" QAQC Error: On 12 December 2022, the Bureau Veritas Kalgoorlie laboratory reported to Thor that the 12.2g/t Au sample from drillhole 22RRC052 as announced to the market (ASX/RNS: THR 4 November 2022) was an erroneous result based on the laboratory making a sample swap with an internal standard. The assay has subsequently reported <0.01g/t Au."
Incompetence beyond belief! Still... They've found 0.1g/t AU in the new drill hole. I'm sure they'll spin that for a few more months and squeeze more money out of naive investors. |
abrahe00 ISR is still plodding along, like everything else is it's another jam tomorrow project. These AIM companies remind me of that film by Mel Brooks, The Producers, just without the eventual success. |
INSP shares jump up soon |
I'd forgotten all about their ISR copper projects... Whatever happened to that!?
Mick Billing tried to flog Moly for 12 years, at one point trying to raise $40m to fund the mine!!!
I seem to recall Metal Tiger taking up options at 14p at that time! How the mighty have fallen...
They should've renamed the company to Placings-R-Us! Never made a penny and never will.
Good luck to anyone still holding and hoping. |
Placing as expected, notified on ASX. Stupid name change to Thor Energy, no point, they would be better named Thor Drilling as that's all they do. Trying to con us that they are into the new energy bandwagon, complete tosh.
A few years back it was all about Tungsten, sold Pilot Mountain and Molyhill off for next to naff all. Then it was Copper and this ISR that was all the rage, then Gold in the Pilbara, then oh we've also found some Lithium. Now it's starting from scratch with some Uranium mines in the US wilderness. Next it will be Rare Earths or Moon Rock.
Held for a few years hoping it would come good one day, but now concluded it's just another lifestyle, jam tomorrow company, nothing's really changed since Nicole came in. I'll let the placing wash through but I'm out in 2023, had enough. |
There she goes |
