I think from memory he bought 27M back in September, can't remember the price, certainly lower than now (around .5p) probably one of Monks mates!

So has anyone found out more about our good friend Gordon Lawson and when he might have acquired his stake, at what price and how many did he acquire. Anything in excess of 10 million would have had to be declared I would have thought.

It's possible Gordon Lawson may wait for the update on the sale of the software businesses before disposing of his remaining holding, if that is his intention. If he tried to dump 17m now he's get a much lower price.

Waiting on Tom W at t1ps.com to inform his devoted following of the situation here, no doubt that will bring some impetus to the share price

Suspect our seller still has a few to offload yet. I always miss the peaks and troughs, wished i'd sold a few at 1.5p to buy back now. Nevermind, patience will have to do.

Compuie, since the last announcement, we have had huge volume trading each day and the share price remains near to 80% gains (therefore more buys than sells).

We know there has been one large seller, so who is buying.

I would say the majority of small PI's are happy to sell for 20 to 50% profits, that would suggest someone else is buying up for long term gains. MMs are working this very hard.

Wait for news and this will fly.

RV,thats a very valid comment, as you would expect TW to be all over this like a rash due to their holding, so bodes well for the future.

I still find it very strange that Tom Winnifith has not updated this tip yet. He is usually very quick to ramp a stock.

Is Rivington Street Holdings the buyer here ?

Or, does he want more at these low prices ?

Third Quad Capital Plc, the AIM listed UK based group with a technology division and an FSA authorised and regulated securities division, was informed on 24 January that Gordon Lawson no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

that just means that he has less than 3% or he could have sold the whole lot ??

plenty shares have changed hands ..... a nice 5 million buy .......

looking interesting.......

company website has been updated .....that was quick !!

Gordon Lawson was one of the large shareholders. Not really sure who he really is. Good news is that the share price was kept down because of Gordon Lawson dumping his remainder of his shares. Now hopefully tomorrow this can start going north. At least we had a chance to buy or top up on a dip.
