30/3/2017 15:02 | Staggering...Lot 40 goes for £390k v 250k guide, and on a 5% yield. Shows how much I know! | tiltonboy
30/3/2017 13:25 | Clear evidence that post trigger market strong definitely worth upping the ante to put £6-£10m worth of kit out in the monthly auctions | hillofwad
30/3/2017 13:24 | And also the Sold Prior from your post 2084, I had checked at about 6pm and they were still shown as available so it would be disappointing if those three had not made a decent premium to their reserve. | strathroyal

29/3/2017 23:00 | 72, 78 & 79 all sold prior to tomorrow's Acuitus auction. Hopefully Betfred shops are as attractive as the Coral one's, although the upside on Lot 40 looks limited given the 7.25% yield at guide. | tiltonboy

28/3/2017 13:33 | Nothing like a bit of current market evidence to confirm the market is alive and kicking .Nosound reason why they can ot increase the numberof proeprties to total monthly lots to £5-£10m in value it snot in shareholdersinterest to hold back What is clear is that Internos have added very little to the party since their appointment and undeserving of their large fee for dishing out sale instructions and collecting a few rents Many of the properties featured in the last few auctions prior to Allsopps have been poorly presented with little signs of asset management with tenants holding over on unexpired leases where investors will discount the income and factor in management time in ther bids Allsopps have done all the legwork sold by private treaty ,valued so would have inspected at some time every individual property the premier auction house so why have Internos been so slow in coming out of the traps | hillofwad
28/3/2017 12:58 | gfrae, Couldn't possibly divulge what business I'm trying to do in LSR;) | tiltonboy

27/3/2017 18:11 | Increased my price today, but still didnt get any. Will watch the auction on Thursday, and may up it again. Some impressive numbers today, and I'm edging up my target price a little, so may pay up. I know Internos monitor the boards, so I hope they will answer hillofwad on the use of Allsop's during this process. | tiltonboy
27/3/2017 18:03 | Tilts..tempted to add? | badtime
