Result of 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

At today's Annual General Meeting, all of the ordinary and special resolutions put to Members and contained in the Notice of Meeting were duly passed. All votes were conducted by way of a poll and the results of polling was as follows:

Dividend

Following approval by Members, a final dividend of 11.0 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 31 January 2025 to Members on the register at the close of business today (17 January 2025). This brings the total dividend per share paid in respect of the year ended 31 August 2024 to 19.0p.
