Further to the announcement dated 15 September 2020, Tex Holdings plc (LSE:TXH) announces that the lis ti ng of its ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each on the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market has now been cancelled with effect from 8 a.m. today.

Discussions with the major shareholder regarding possible refinancing proposals are ongoing, as are discussions concerning arrangements for share trading through a matched bargain facility. Further announcements will be made to shareholders in due course.
