                               Interest in Shares


The Company was informed on 25 June 2003 that on 24 June 2003 Sigma Technology
Management Limited sold its holding of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Sigma Technology Investments
Limited.


Consequently Sigma Technology Management Limited no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company and Sigma Technology Investments Limited now has an
interest in 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.46 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.


Both Sigma Technology Management Limited and Sigma Technology Investments
Limited are wholly owned subsidiaries of Sigma Technology Group plc.
