                               Additional listing


Further to the arrangements described in the Interim Results for the six months
ended 31 December 2002, the Board of the Company has today allotted 250,000
ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary
Shares") to Robert Quinn subject to the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange
("AIM"). Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM Robert
Quinn will have a beneficial interest in 2,370,901 ordinary shares representing
3.29 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.


Application has been made to AIM for the New Ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading and dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 22 May 2003.
