04/4/2020 22:37 | REPEAT TO WARN THE UNWARY!!!!!!!! From the latest Company accounts, which explain the deep discounted fundraise at 0.17p (remember on top of this, they gave away 10`s of millions of free shares). The latest fundraise is dependent on the price of the shares, so you cannot give a share price as yet & is to a related party - all VERY DODGY!!!!!!!!!!!! The financial statements show that, at 30 September 2019, the Group had net current assets of £21,499 (2018: £249,787). This represents the cash position after allowing for receivables and trade and other payables. How can you LIE THROUGH YOUR TEETH to try & make a few quid out of the misery of others?!!!!!!! | enfranglais
04/4/2020 21:40 | No back to the New Paymaster project offers exposure to zinc, silver, copper and lead - pending estimate for production....this alon will see pps over 1.5p....:) In February Tertiary staked a claim to the Paymaster project in Nevada. Paymaster has already yielded attractive grades of mineralisation in grab samples. The strike length currently runs to 1.7 kilometres. The ground is prospective for zinc, silver, copper, lead, as well as hi-tech metals cobalt and tellurium and oh yes and forget to mention the pending gold reserver....it won;t be less than current pps of .30p and mck cap of $2m! make it 10 times that as low figure. Do some research you punks! | invester2010
04/4/2020 21:39 | I reckon you used to post as treacle32 ! Spend the weekend posting the life story on a stock knowing you are going to dump it on the Monday. Knock yourself out...tough market...hard to spike any stock now | dave4545
04/4/2020 21:36 | Other fluorspar assets coming along behind Tertiary is also working up the Lassedalen project in Norway and the MB Fluorspar project in Nevada. Of the two, MB is more advanced and is currently the subject of a scoping study being conducted by SGS Lakefield. | invester2010
04/4/2020 21:33 | Personally I think people that say a share is going to 1p then sell for 0.3p are way worse than derampers. And the twitter crowd of pump and dumpers just sink to new lows every week | dave4545
04/4/2020 21:32 | Now for the less informed likes of Dave and enfranlais de-rampers....in addtion to gold reserve estimate underway, below is also major production for TYM....read and go hide. Look at potential numbers that tym is eyeing.....and why investers will be happy to provide the cap to production....yes go hide. Tertiary Minerals offers direct exposure to fluorspar, a material deemed strategic and critical by the EU, US and China alike Tertiary Minerals has a unique portfolio of fluorspar assets in Europe and the US What Tertiary Minerals does Tertiary Minerals plc (LON:TYM) is one of the few listed juniors anywhere in the world that is focused on fluorspar. Fluorspar is an essential raw material in the chemical, steel and aluminium industries with no large-scale commercial alternative, or recycling available. A European Commission report has named fluorspar as one of its 27 'critical mineral raw materials' for which a predicted supply shortage would represent a substantial economic threat. The USA considers fluorspar as a strategic mineral and is currently importing 100% of its fluorspar. Western Europe and North America are the largest acid-spar consuming regions outside China. What Tertiary Minerals owns The lead asset is the Storuman project in Sweden, which shows the potential to produce an average annual production of 103,000 tonnes of acid-grade fluorspar per year over a mine life of 18 years. On those parameters the mine would generate US$616mln in gross cash, netting out to a total of U$137mln. The initial capital costs were put at US$46mln in the scoping study that generated these numbers. | invester2010

04/4/2020 20:51 | The use of the English language is consistent with a birth date of 2010 & your constant ramping will be ignored apart from the incredibly naive!!!!!!!!! Have been a reluctant shareholder for 7 years & nothing would give me more pleasure to get out anywhere near the amount i paid. However, i do not want to recover my failings on the back of other naive investors, so BE WARNED!!!!!!! THIS SHARE IS ONLY FOR MUG PUNTERS - HAS BEEN FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! | enfranglais
04/4/2020 20:17 | :-)) Taking over another thread for a pump and dump 2020 :-)) I'll guess you will dump if you can get £50 up on Monday | dave4545
04/4/2020 19:37 | and remeber bagged 1.5 times once and will bag again :)....while the de-rampers de-ramp. 50% below current value, and no resource in price. TRX had the same scenario, and de-rampers could not see wood from the trees, and bagged 10 times there. got only 2 bags there toom but happy in the end. :) and TRX has debt, whilst TYM has non :). where do you think it will end up in next few weeks. | invester2010
04/4/2020 19:33 | don;t see any de-ramper doing any DD....and they post total BS ne liners.../ then hoping to win big. idiots. lol. | invester2010

04/4/2020 18:52 | from lse. de-rampers have the head up the wrong way down here. lol YM Net Assets 2019 - £2,577,428 - according to this share price should be around £0.35p TYM Total of Net Assets 2019 + Cash Bergen + Cash Precious Metals - £3,777,428 - according to this share price should be around £0.51p If we get another £600,000 from Precious Metals this would total £4,377,428 (net assets) - according to this share price should be around £0.59p So hugely undervalued should rebounce | invester2010
04/4/2020 18:50 | BS..... the resource is not priced in whatsoever...waiting confimation. multi bagger, thats what multi baggers look like. and mkt cap of under £2m now remmembert trx.....was .19p, has debt, no rev whatsoever....on resource reviews jumped to 2p.....10 fold....and is still up 3 fold (mkt cap £8m-20m). at lwast TYM has 200k rev per year. your are de-ramper who has no balz to buy.....:), good luck, keep watching....:) | invester2010
04/4/2020 16:49 | Invester2010 - You are being devious with your statements & cash is a fraction of that as you WELL KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Current assets are negligible & should be discounted. They have enough cash to carry out some testing & to cover reduced overhead but would need to raise millions more at a large discount to mine the first ounce of gold!!! Dilution of existing shareholders would be ENORMOUS if they found anything & your NOISE is pure RAMPING & nothing else. BEWARE - FOR MUG PUNTERS & IN & OUT RAMPERS ONLY | enfranglais
04/4/2020 01:12 | Great time to buying TYM following funds to complete current projects - no resource value in the pps - just current asset/ cash is £2.5M - so 50% below cash/ current asset. And repeat, zero resoure price in the pps, becuase pending estimate etc. Thats what we the small guys will miss every time. We here, seem to know the price, but nothing about the actual value and what value is completly issing from the pps. So don;t be suprised when its up 200% etc....its becuase of a reason. £millions of resource not priced in. GLTA. Anything else is just noise. | invester2010
03/4/2020 20:20 | BB - lost 99% in 7 years, so what about infinitesimal gain, which is quickly lost again?!!!!! MUG PUNTERS SHARE | enfranglais
