Time for management & whole Board to resign & let someone with the capacity to bring in partners (not just useless MOU`s)to progress the Nevada assets & perhaps sell the mining rights elsewhere to those pesky locals (after all, there is not one chance in a million it would ever be mined)!!!!!!!!!!!!
