Tern Takeover Rumours (TERN)

TERN has a very important and valuable stake in DA - will need our agreement for any sale/takeover. Will be worth hundreds of millions in due course. TERN current M/C £6.3M - including 25% of DA; AND holdings in TM, FVR, SVV etc What a BARGAIN !!

Piri shareholders blocked the move, tern shareholder vote was not disclosed. Agree tho’ that there was no reason given for the takeover.

UNBELIEVABLE! Are they indicating that TERN PLC senior management team should be adjudged by "what could have been?" Progressive Research / Tern Extract: "Pires (renamed MindFlair), the subject of the aborted takeover by Tern in FY22, has a combined direct and indirect interest in SVV1 of c.19% –which would have been an inorganic step-change in growth for Tern, vindicating the rationale of the deal at the time."

Not really greed not wanting to sell for far less than you think it's worth.Some of us have held for a lot of years for a decent payday , agreeing to a cheap takeover is not happening in my book.The absolute minimum I would take is 20p but I would hope it will be double that at least.

Cybeats getting more contracts, CyberArk growing, MSFT massive profits, little D/A right in the centre of all these companies, one of them will make a move, D/A not needing anymore funding, has to be self sufficient now, all looking good for a takeover soon. 10/11 getting M&A activity among their investments , relaxing hold here, few traders around who don't understand exactly what the Investees do , Darron was once asked ages ago what sticks on your mind as a good achievement, he replied when we got our first $1 million contract, plenty more of them coming!

Riverfort selling out of Mindflair now down to c.8% from c.21% seem to be selling to Colm Menton from Ireland who now owns 7%. Riverfort backed Tern in the takeover of Pires.

Most on here believe D/A is doing well and revenues are growing, I think the market should be told if it is true, sharks are circling AIM stocks all the time and V/Cs are always looking for a cheap takeover, Sisto needs to wake up and tell holders what is happening with all Investees before a cheap offer robs shareholders here.

A takeover could occur at anytime so the claims of wait for this or that at a time when the SP is so clearly undervalued can only be futile attempts of those with bad motives!

With CyberArks revenue increasing at a rate of knots and D/A a close partner, you have to conclude that D/As revenue has to be increasing the same, we have had that confirmed by the company that revenue is positive, D/As value increasing daily buyers in Tern can see that. Plus its a an attractive takeover by several parties looking on.

The thing is, every time there's been a raise or outside investment at DA it's been at a level way below that which we all hoped so even if a bid/takeover was imminent I rather fear the same would apply now.

Difficult to know how much of the rights issue will be taken up by holders, big lift at Wyld today it needed that, how the vote will go on more shares being issued is hard to say would think it will be rejected but you never know, these clowns in charge have had years to do something positive for holders , but its only been positive for them. 10/11 have to take the second tranche or if they don't that tells me D/A are not making enough money to attract investors. Looks oversold to me on FVR value alone, but that company is another secret that never gets told, who knows anything could happen here, a takeover kicking A/S and co into touch would be the best option for holders.
