Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it has received notification that Alex Cheatle, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 25,755 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at the price of GBP0.78 per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Cheatle will have a total interest in the Company of 11,067,439 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.72% of the total voting rights of the Company.
