Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as a closed meeting at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 4 February 2021 at the Group's London office at 2nd Floor, Fitzroy House, 355 Euston Road, London, NW1 3AL.

The Group is committed to protecting the well-being of our shareholders and therefore, shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to submit a form of proxy by following the instructions in the Notes of the Notice of AGM .
