The Company announces that, on 21(st) May 2018, it purchased into Treasury 237,500 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.2677 per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 8,876,383 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 269,042,570. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
