31 March 2009........

"With effect from 1 April 2008, the Company
subsequently acquired a further 143.29 million
shares in VGM at 6p (an acquisition cost of approximately $17.2 million). The Company is
currently in negotiations with the sellers (Viso
Gero Global Inc) to extend settlement until 31 March 2009 against security of such number of
shares in VGM whose current market value is
equivalent to the acquisition cost plus deferment costs of US$1.74 million."

Does anyone here truly know about this stock

Templar were supposedly buying another 143Million shares that Viso would
get in VGM.The irrevocable offer was 8.4Million GBP or Templar stock, which I presume would be in relation to TMP`s stock price in the deal that was circa 6p.thus ie circa 143 Million TMP shares.

Yet how did TMP get into such a mess that they dilute by 100Million shares
to raise a pathetic 300K ???????
How the hell were they ever going to even consider paying 8.4Million for the shares when they are so desperate to raise 300K ?????

The recent Iron Ore deal sounds exciting in potential, yet if TMP are dumping stock at the rate of 100Million shares to raise virtual petty cash-where are the future funds coming from?

Any management that can throw stock around like confetti to raise nothing
surely has to be questioned.

If someone can explain this I am all ears as most else looks quite promising
but not if management are allowed to dilute shareholders at such a ludicrous
rate of return ,as there is NO true return on that massive 100Million share
dilution for nearly zero in real terms.

Damned good job they didnt want 3Million in a hurry.
