PFG's gone back up for now, Steve, but it won't stay up if/when there's more bad news. Telit at least have useful products that they/someone else might actually be able to make money out of at some stage. A new CEO is needed urgently though. If you're from a software background, have a look at ZOO - after 20 years of so of being a disastrous investment, they may finally be coming good...

I don't work for Telit, although I have bought one of their Sigfox kits to experiment with. My main job is software and I am interested in electronics. That is how I heard the name Telit before. I am still relatively new to the stock market and my strategy is buy cheap and hold out for a few months until the prices go up again. I did quite well with Quantum Pharma, Laird, and did very well with Versarien. But Carillion and Telit have been disasters. So I am trying to figure out what other facts are involved and why PFG went back up and Telit seems to be dying. If I know more information I might get it right next time. As it is I look at PFG and think "Darn it!". The point about Yosi not buying in is a good one. Although I have seen other companies go up and didn't see any notices about director share deals. I wonder if those paid for news services contain more information which would explain the movements.

frazboy - I'm with you on that, and once in a while I will look at a poster's history to observe whether that is the case, to confirm suspicions. I've more often assumed that the poster who has been a regular on a board for a number of years is in some way connected to the company or its representatives. TCM doesn't appear to have a resident expert which is interesting, and could be because the company has so little to do with the UK that they didn't know about putting one in place.

I don't have the resources to look into Lazarus, and their website is a single front page. D&B cheapskate version doesn't suggest it amounts to much, or is in anyway successful.

I don't know about you hpcg but I get a little suspicious when newbies appear on BBs and post only about certain companies. Remember the CEO used lots of falsified personas to try to cover his tracks so this company (by which I mean I'm happy to tar the former CFO with the same brush as the former CEO) will go to any lengths to create positive news feeds.

The lack of insider buying is the dog that didn't bark. Yosi Fait has both the money and all the information to buy back big but hasn't - why not?

I note that Lazarus have bought in. The brand of Telit is quite established and the company has developed various communication chips so it must have valuable Intellectual Property. I guess the shares will go up but the question is when and at what rate of climb. I am surprised that PFG crashed and bounced back quickly whereas TCM crashed, bounced a little and then fell further. Personally the CEO's antics don't bother me because Telit must have a pool of talented engineers and other staff who create value on a daily basis. I think Telit is a bargain but perhaps no short term upswing as with PFG.

TW isn't finished with this company yet:

hxxps://www.shareprophets.com/views/31168/what-exactly-was-the-telit-covenant-breach-this-will-determine-how-long-ceo-yosi-fait-should-spend-in-jail

Anyone know anything about Lazaurus? Are they acting as a hedge fund, or could it be client monies? We should expect them to add more on the falling price (assuming they can take the risk) since there has been little or no news, the shares must, to them at least, be even more of a bargain?
