14/5/2021 08:56 | Must be time for an update - just about 2 months since Dbay granted limited confirmatory DD on a possible offer! I know they’ve been busy on Phd, but 2 months is surely enough time to make a call. And if Sierra or someone else is playing in, surely the BOD would have had to announce it?? | techno20
30/4/2021 17:46 | PHD got taken out this evening under the nose of DBAY. | weatherman
29/4/2021 08:56 | "Speculation is mounting Sierra Wireless has indicated it is interested in all-share merger that would value Telit at around 297p a share, said people following the situation." | itsyou
28/4/2021 15:28 | Sierra Wireless | itsyou
28/4/2021 15:22 | Something leaking! | techno20
28/4/2021 14:59 | Looks like it. | wilmot666
28/4/2021 12:39 | Not long to wait me thinks 🤞😉 | ny boy
26/3/2021 08:15 | Best just stay patient and wait for the action to start, I expect a few rumours/leaks will pop up before as the share price jumps a bit | ny boy
23/3/2021 08:04 | Dark forces and back handers at play I wonder??? I hope not! | muchodinero
23/3/2021 07:34 | did we not have an offer of 2.50 from the swiss co | timmy11
22/3/2021 23:00 | How can an offer of 206 be acceptable by the BOD to allow Dbay to do DD !!? | ropey
22/3/2021 21:17 | Looks like another suiter lining up for Telit? hxxps://betaville.co | muchodinero
22/3/2021 07:57 | I guess, we are where we are. The BOD, for whatever reasons, have agreed to let Dbay have another go. A bid costs quite a bit, as does a failed bid. A failed bid also causes some reputational damage for the bidder, so, my hope is that these factors will encourage Dbay to make a reasonable offer and if they don't I would hope their offer will be turned down. | capitalist
19/3/2021 11:43 | The offer will be around 245p imo Just sitting tight until further news develops. | ny boy
18/3/2021 17:35 | What complete tosh copied below. 54% premium sure but markets have substantially recovered since then. Premium if they had bid now would be substantially reduced. And an opportunity to sell now for cash. Sure but PIs can sell now into the market. This would only appeal to larger holders who are hopefully savvy enough to want a higher bid. Whilst commercial discussions with the Board of Telit are ongoing and there can be no certainty that any firm offer will be made, DBAY believes, based on its due diligence to date, that any Possible Offer at 206 pence per Telit share, which equates to a premium of approximately 54% relative to Telit's closing price on 26 October 2020 (the day before DBAY made its first proposal to Telit), represents a fair and reasonable price and gives Telit shareholders the opportunity to sell their shareholding for cash. | wilmot666
18/3/2021 17:23 | Looks like someone’s just bought 94k @ 208. Presumably not DBay, albeit they bought at higher than their last offer within hours, so who knows! | techno20
18/3/2021 17:06 | Agreed. If Dbay think its fairly valued at 206p they should sell their stake and move on. | dennislevine
18/3/2021 16:50 | Management should focus on the business and tell DBAY to stop wasting their time. | wilmot666
18/3/2021 16:26 | Tell them to get lost! Prefer to take the chance on future success of the business. | techno20 |
