CentralNic (AIM: CNIC), the company that supplies domain name and web services subscriptions over its proprietary platforms to millions of businesses globally, announces that it has been notified today that Erin Invest and Finance Limited, a company in which CentralNic non-executive director Samuel Dayani has a beneficial interest, has on 28 July 2020 sold 800,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 74.8p per share.

Following these sales, Erin Invest and Finance has an interest of 20,656,682 shares representing 10.94 per cent of the issued share capital. Erin Invest and Finance has stated the recent share sales are to fund liquidity needs. Erin Invest and Finance considers itself a long-term holder in CentralNic and has notified the Company that it has now accomplished its liquidity objective and has no intent to sell any further shares in the medium to long term.
