TAM Announces 4Q08 Results Release Schedule and APIMEC

SAO PAULO, March 30  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TAM S.A. (NYSE: TAM; BOVESPA: TAMM4) will release its results for the fourth quarter 2008 (4Q08) on March 31, 2009. The information will be available on the company's website: http://www.tam.com.br/ir, and through the CVM (Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios) and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) before the market opens. The conference calls in Portuguese and English will be Tuesday, March 31 at 10:00 am and 11:30 am (Eastern Time), respectively. In addition, TAM will hold meetings with analysts and investors in Sao Paulo on April 2, 2009.
