24/9/2014 19:57 | Extract from the Beaufort website. Our skilled and highly experienced team of brokers can work with you to deliver investment strategies best suited to achieving your investment objectives. That'll be the objective of doing all your dough then. | gwr7
24/9/2014 19:57 | Unfortunately, those who have bought today, or have averaged down like Bad Robot will be caught out again once the buying dries up. This will bottom out at 0.35p, possibly even lower. Like Bad Robot said even though they raised $1m or £650k that's likely to disappear very quickly. Once a target is identified another discounted fund raising will occur to pay for it.It's real ugly stuff. | induna123
24/9/2014 19:53 | Travis, you're the only one who called this right. | induna123
24/9/2014 19:48 | The commentary from Beaufort securities two days ago really is worth repeating. Hold your heads high lads. Our view: Tangiers’ proposition of equity infusion is likely to provide substantial financial leverage to the company to explore new ventures and meet its current capital obligations. Despite the failure of the TAO -1 well earlier this year, we remain optimistic about the other permits in the world class Tarfaya Block prospect located in Morocco, adjacent to the proven petroleum system of Cap Juby Oil field. The share price has plunged 83% in the past one month and has now placed the company at attractive valuations. With the half yearly results to be released soon, the stage is set for a major rebound when the trading resumes in the coming week. In the light of these and the company’s prospects in petroleum rich areas, we maintain a Speculative Buy rating. | gwr7
24/9/2014 19:32 | They won't be investors, they just take the shares at the massive discount and take the small risk that they can flog to PIs at a higher price, however slight....Maybe a ramping company paid for article will appear as part of the deal (like last time). | foxx999
24/9/2014 18:06 | Tangiers Petroleum; David Wall obliterates his shareholders | soul limbo
24/9/2014 16:16 | I hope the remembered to put a clause in preventing GALP bidding for the company & therefore triggering the $3.4M payment to.... errrr.... GALP! ;-) | oilretire
24/9/2014 16:12 | We can ask Induana, as this man has the power and he knows everything. He knows people trades and he could check the accounts for us. If there's 1m cash | bad robot
24/9/2014 16:10 | You sure they have 1m cash? LOL | bad robot
24/9/2014 15:57 | When a company can't even state its accounts properly (they've goofed by copying the 2013 figures into the 2014 column) questions can be asked of its credibility. Regardless £3m is overvalued for a shell with £1m cash and a liability of -£2.1m. Also the clauses that trigger such payment make it unattractive for M&A activity. | bam bam rubble |
